Reasonably quote followed by a quick installation 5 weeks from contract to installation 10 panels and battery The installers were polite and answered any question we had We only had it installed in December but it is producing well even in January February I am still not sure if we should have gone with a bigger battery but we can run our daily appliances without needing to use any mains power and still charge the house battery fully on sunny days so we are very happy with our system The only reason I am going to rate them 4 stars is their admin staff seemed very disorganised While our main point of contact Leo was helpful and quick to respond to issues the admin staff repeatedly sent me the out-of-date forms to sign after the original installation plan was changed on the day of installation I am happy with the final product and I would use them again even if their back office let them down

Received a very good service from Fresh from the initial meeting with the sales rep through to installation Panels were installed in one day as explained during purchase the and quality of work was second to none The installer even went out his way to get a good Wi-Fi connection to my inverter so it would work with the app Already proving to be beneficial and come the summer months should be even better I gave 4 stars for a couple of reasons - original installation date had to be moved back a few weeks due to awaiting a parts equipment delivery- no advance warning of when the scaffolders would come they just appeared one day Other than these little things we received a very good service from Fresh Both the scaffolders and the installer were polite and efficient

Supply and installation impeccable Operation superb BUT it is necessary to use appliances sequentially because the battery has limited input and output power of about 2 6kw So even my 3kw kettle draws 400w from the grid If the washing machine is running I have to switch it off while I boil the kettle This issue was never mentioned by the sales person An extra battery and inverter would solve the problem but I understand this arrangement may cause instability I was also ill advised about the appropriate battery capacity for the installation and have had to add a second similar battery

Following my original review below things have markedly improved There appears to be a new structure in place where customer service is being addressed I would now be happy to recommend Quick initial service but failed to follow manufacturers guidelines and as such system failed within six months Fresh Electrical have ignored myself the manufacturer and even my credit card company about rectifying the situation Avoid like the plague if you are interested in any sort of after sales service Alternatively look for a suitable alternative They should really be called Bodgit and Scarper ltd Complete cowboys avoid

I am a happy customer and would recommend First Electrical solar to anyone Only faced an issue with scaffolding which was taken down after a month in spite of frantic follow up Other than that everything was seamless

I am very happy with my solar panel and battery installation from Fresh Electrical The only reason that I haven t given a 5 star is because one battery was missing on the installation day and the engineer had to come back again to install it The whole process has been good and Patricia is a responsive sales person who has helped through the whole process The team in the office have been proactive and helpful when I have had queries too It is useful to be able to ring and get answers to queries straight away And even in midwinter I am generating energy

Harry Tom arrived to fit our solar panels despite the initial snow not ideal weather conditions Works completed efficiently Helpful in settling the App up for us Happy with the service we have received

Louis was always available for a chat if we had any queries and always was very responsive The scaffolders were polite and knowledgeable and made sure that the plans were correct for the installation etc The solar panel installers were efficient and prompt I gave 4 stars instead of 5 as I would have liked a text or message from the scaffolders of an installation time and one for removing

The salesman was excellent and really vouched for the product The fact that they also supply Costco was really reassuring and was testament to the quality of the panels They seem to be cost effective as they produce a decent amount of electricity even on dull days which is what I wanted The price was also reasonable compared to other companies It wasn t the cheapest but they offered good services and reassurance which helped The downside was the workers and the mess they left They left all the packaging in the garden and made a mess in and around the worksite including helping themselves to our furniture and leaving dirty tissues which I wasn t impressed with They shouldn t have been in any rooms or sitting on any of the furniture in their work gear especially without asking There was also a delay in finishing as they took an extra day to do the work despite only stating one day for solar panel fitting

The day of my install came along a very drizzly and cold day this left me feeling somewhat apprehensive the installer arrived at the time stated 1000hr he explained to me what would be taking place and proceeded to carry out the process even though the weather was not good Ben who was installing my panels batteries forged ahead Ben worked efficiently and left all areas very clear and clean it has now been two weeks since the install We ve had quite a few days when sun has greeted us with its presence keeping an eye on the app together with my own smart meter even though it is early days there are positive views at this time will have more visible data after a month or two So far so good
