Salesman sold on false financial information Diabolical communication between the Company and customer for example the scaffolders turned up when I was on holiday when I specifically asked them not to The equipment broke down after 2 weeks and it took weeks to get it repaired Cant contact the company by phone have to rely on EMails which are ignored I was lied to on more than one occasion after sales service pretty much non existent To cap it all it took 7 weeks to get the scaffolding removed A very unsatisfied customer here Don t touch them with a barge pole

Not straight up not honest
Very unclear and not impartial Salesman tactics conversation felt like a game of chess rather than an informative professional meeting Was told to pay 50 for a survey of my property when the salesman arrived to survey my property no such survey took place Instead my partner and I were hit with all the old school salesman tactics to sign on the dotted line We were also told we would need to pay a further 50 with no real explanation When we queried the 50 survey fee with the office staff we were told that this was a fee to have the salesman revisit to discuss the technology and finance options Total waste of time money and not an honest straight up experience you might expect when deciding to have a 14 000 system installed AVOID AVOID AVOID

The salesman was very pushy Wont leave Overpriced He kept telephoning us to asking we made a decision When we said we weren t getting rushed into anything He dropped the qoute Still very pushy When we said we didn t require there services He started slagging the other solar companies of and text us saying other companies use cheap crap and don t offer guarantees Be prepared for this rude and pushy man

Run from these people
I bought the package via Costco and this company were nominated by Costco to install them They have said that its against their policy to do a site survey beforehand for Costco customers but said that they d see what they can do They have also said that they depend simply on my photos They have sent a plan with the solar panels on the side of the house that gets the least sun In short they haven t sent anybody to do any site survey and I am not letting them go ahead and put the solar panels on the wrong side of the house No way Run from these people

Although very pleased with Nigel the salesman and the subsequent supply Fresh Electrical Solutions has turned out to be a typical take your money and run type of company Having secured the sale it is no longer responsive or customer focussed Uncaring and not recommended

Rude aggressive and only want your money
They insist on having all homeowners present for an initial measurement and discussion When I refused to confirm who would be home the rep Mason decided to become aggressive and said it s company policy or I won t send anyone out Very rude abrupt If that s how sales works for them I hate to think what would happen if I needed any support Avoid Run

Used Costco avoid this outfit
Ordered a battery through Costco installation date scheduled but less than a week before they EMAIL me to say sorry due to a shortage we can t install until January This is clearly a problem with their supply only given I have now secured one for a similar price elsewhere and 4 other local suppliers all have stock What is worse is they are still advertising them as a stocked item with Costco knowing full well they can t fulfil the order for at least 2 months The customer service is also non-existent as when I mentioned how it was upsetting to receive that news on an email you could almost hear Calvin shrug without a care If you want customer service go elsewhere If you want a Tesla Powerwall go elsewhere If you want someone to call you if there is an issue go elsewhere

Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service Made an appointment with us never showed up called or left an email When questioned they replied by saying the roof wasn t suitable They never showed up so I m very interested to know how this check was done Especially as my roof is no different from the rest of the street who a large number of people have solar panelling They claimed to have called No messages were left no emails were sent and the only possible number that called that day from the same area code as this company didn t reply when I answered and it sounded like a call centre Absolute waste of our time and they showed zero remorse or understanding after we rearranged our afternoons during our working hours to be available for this meeting

BEWARE OF USING FRESH SOLAR PANELS
I had solar panels installed by Fresh in 2022 The installation wasn t problem free a previous review was left about that and the resolution of the issues took an unacceptable amount of time After sales also isn t as efficient as I was assured it would be when the batteries weren t working properly I now have a furtherr issue with another battery and surprise surprise the company that Fresh have referred me to for assistance have had their phone lines disconnected A quick search on Gov uk reveals that said company have been issued with a compulsory strike off Trying to make contact with a knowledgable Fresh representative to find out how to resolve my problem has proved impossible They ve got your money folks and that s all they care about As I ve said previously this company promise you the dream but actually present you with a nightmare Looks like the Ombudsman is the next step

Been having a problem for a week now
Been having a problem for a week now Batteries not working and solar panels producing nothing Have been promised a call back but have not received any help The system is just 2 and a half years old and supposedly guaranteed Giv energy are impossible to speak to so we have been left with a non functioning system Without the ability to store cheaper off peak electricity we cannot afford to run our heat pump during the coldest time of year The supposedly cheap green solution has turned out to be nothing of the sort
