Louis was a great salesman with infinite patience for all our questions Everything was well explained and our needs calculated After paying deposit installation was arranged for the following week This went smoothly and quickly in one morning with a great team who took the time to work out how to make everything as unobtrusive as possible Hoping that everything will last for a while Highly recommended company

Great response from technical support

We had a really good response to contact with tech support following an issue with the inverter fitted to our system which has exceeded our expectation since installation in Feb 2021 This is the first problem we have encountered Had a dialogue with Dan which led to being advised that they would send a technician to our home in North Somerset to investigate the issue Craig the technician arrived on time despite traffic conditions first thing on a Monday morning He was able to diagnose and sort the problem and provided helpful feedback on what the issue had been and how it might be avoided in the future So first time we have needed significant support from Fresh and we were very happy with the service provided

Installation was quick

Installation was quick efficient and tidy Scaffolding came and was installed quickly by a contractor Took quite a long time to get rid of it though Fresh did their best to expedite it to be fair

From start to finish the whole experience has been completely trouble-free Paul Sales explained the whole process and without any kind of sales pressure much appreciated Installers Luke Chris and Tom were timely early in fact did a marvellous job and left the site clean and tidy Would thoroughly recommend this company

Superb from start to finish working with these guys Patricia handled the project we had a zoom which was very helpful looked at my house then discussed the best options for me The guys who installed the solar were also fantastic very thorough and explained how everything worked Super happy with the product and looking forward to the next yyears using it Would recommend

Retrofit Battery Package from Costco

I ordered a retrofit battery package from Costco for an existing set of 10 solar panels We also purchased two additional 2 9kw batteries The service from Fresh Electrical was excellent and we were fully informed about delivery details and what to expect from the engineers On the day the engineers arrived on time and conducted their work efficiently leaving no mess or disruption They explained how the system works and set the app up so we can monitor the amount of energy stored spent at any time We expected this to be a stressful experience but it was quite the opposite Would highly recommend Fresh Electrical

Dan Matt were excellent

Dan Matt were excellent They worked hard and were organised and tidy installers They explained everything to us in laymen terms so that we could easily understand everything The installation of 13 panels on our bungalow took one day and the electrical work was done well and without fuss They put anti-bird mesh all around the panels which is a bonus It was my birthday so this was a great birthday present Well done guys Harvey Jennifer Newman

Family firm waiting to give you complete satisfaction

A telephone call from a very friendly lady led to meeting on an arranged Zoom session This allowed us to chat about our needs and expectations and how her company could satisfy these There was no pressure to install something that was not needed This is what looks right for you Having a listed building meant an application to the Planning Department off the local Council Help was given for all aspects of this Approval Installation Complete satisfaction

We have just had solar panels fitted

We have just had solar panels fitted with battery storage Leo was the name of the gentleman who came to see us He was very polite didn t push us into anything was well prepared once he got to us knew which way the house faced how big the roof space was how many panels and batteries would be suitable for our needs We paid our deposit 4 days later scaffold was erected 3 days later panels were installed Everything we were told happened with no worries Would recommend this company
