The worst shop and the worst customer service ever
I ve bought a new pair of shoes on the internet site and the shoes arrived me at home were old broken and used from other people The customer service wanted the shoes back even if they were broken and used I had to pay with my money the courier to give back the shoes and they told me they would have given me back the money spent I ve waited about one month to have the money back for the shoes and after one month and half I m still waiting to have my money back for the shipment It was an international shipment so it wasn t so economic I ve written a lot of mail about this refund but they don t reply me The worst internet site and customer service ever I will not buy there anymore Pay attention

would give 0 stars if I could Used a sister site to order a lamp - but payment went to frontlineshop com did not receive a lamp got 2 pairs of cheap nasty sunglasses When I contacted customer services they asked me to keep the glasses which I declined- they then asked me to send the glasses back at my cost to china - again I refused Then the bartering began to try to get a refund 3 months down the line I am still waiting they are now ignoring my emails Kept on telling how they would be out of pocket it was better for me to keep the sunglasses Apparantly they are waiting for the manager to authorise my refund - goodness knows where the manager is - probably holidaying in a luxury hotel somewhere with the money conned out of people like me Blockpavingessex co uk is the sister company - avoid avoid avoid
