If you would like your order to arrive on time and to not have to keep chasing customer services LOOK ELSEWHERE The company don t notify you when you buy the product it will take at least 5 days to make which in my opinion they should So when you pay for an item to arrive in 3-5 days factor this in Mine actually took 19 So despite paying extra for business class shipping my order was almost 2 weeks late When I asked where my item was I was told told to wait I ve asked for a refund but thus far this has been unsuccessful Safe to say I won t use this company again

Frauds

Do NOT buy anything from Frophe the items looks NOTHING like the pictures The necklaces I bought have so many flaws and they just look cheap not 18 k gold plated nor sterling silver as promised and you would think they were made by a kid Frophe also refuses to give a refund so unless you want to spend money on something that is not wearable do not purchase from Frophe They have only good reviews on their website cause the reviews has to be approved by them before being published

A This company is in ChinaB I paid 7 99 for 3-5 day expedited shipping I received the product 16 days after the order was madeC I asked 2x for a refund of the 7 99 and received no response and no refundD The product was purported to be sterling silver It is not

Stealing money

This business is very bad They don t communicate with customers and don t answer emails specially when you ask for refund They are fake deliver damaged product and steal you money Return policy is a lie bcs when you try to return product they just ignore you

Absolutely fraud

Absolutely ridiculous Do not order from this company It is one hundred percent scam I paid 8 dollars extra to receive the item within 5 business days for someone s birthday It has been 13 days and I have not received the item yet Their delivery tracking site is also one big scam because it showed me that item should be here 6 days ago but the screen and delivery information keeps changing The company is in China and I had no choice but to dispute the claim today after 13 days I have to wait for my bank and I ended up buying another gift
