Terrible Products - BUT worse Customer ServiceThese people are dishonest I brought a shirt from this company back in May When it arrived it was screwed up in the bottom of a small bag and looked like a customer return It was the wrong size and looked nothing like the picture I complained and asked where to send this back to and like all these companies that sell poor products online they asked for a picture and then they offered me a discount I explained that the shirt was only fit for the bin and that i wanted to return it and get a full refund They then offered me the refund and to wait 7-10 days A month later NO REFUND I informed my credit card company to see if they had more luck Frumosa Store Informed me that if i remove the dispute with the credit card company they would refund me I did but still NO REFUND My advice is to buy something else from someone else

I have received a herbal salve wich made my skin frog-green and it is not possible to wash clean I should have been informed about this and off cource I would never have bought it if I had known that Not at all OK 410 DDK for nothing

Seems like a scam The shirts are not as advertised - poor quality- mine came with a stain on the collar- threads loose all over- no stay up collar as advertised - wrong size delivered- no washing label in fact no labels at all

Still waiting for refund
The product I ordered did not fit as I needed all over so I requested a refund I was offered 50 and keep the item As it didnt fit there was no point keeping it so I requested 100 refund They accepted and informed me that it would be between 5-10 business days Its now been 12 business days I have emailed them multiple times and had no reply at all I have just tried the number and it doesn t even ring Stay away from this seller
