My experience with The Fuel Card Company has been fantastic We have an account manager - Reece Fenwick - who has really taken on the responsibility of taking care of his customers and it shows We have weekly phone calls to discuss the account and my needs and he is always happy to help and answer any questions at any point throughout the week Reece is fast and helpful over emails too He s knowledgeable and has built a really good rapport with us If anyone needs to know how to be a great account manager or how to deliver superb customer service they need look no further We are very happy with the company and particularly the account manager we have been assigned
