Really bad experience with this company avoid avoid They threatened to keep my 800 deposit They accused me of cancelling DD They never returned emails They never returned phone calls RHA -Road haulage association Take note you should not be associated with this company They don t appreciate your members

I would give 0 stars if i could Clerical error at the pump charged me 500 too much disputed it and they investigated Still charged me Took a month to agree it was in error Messed up the credit note and charged me ANOTHER 500 Told them I cannot work with them anymore all of a sudden get additional charges Requested they provide financials to settle the account Chased numerous times and they are unable to produce statements of account Crap service Crap customer service Avoid There are hundreds of others to use

Had a great chat at the start about taking a card - purposely asking if there was a charge if you didn t use the card - which they replied there is never a charge if you don t use it Ordered the card but never received the cards Numerous conversations but still never got the cards Noticed they started taking a payment of 50 plus from the account every month noticed them I wanted the account closed multiple times They chose to ignore this request on multiple occasions they stated on 1 occasions its there job to try get you to stay so they Ignore the request of cancellation Cowboy company and I would strongly advise against using Card start date December 23 only just got it cancelled because of ignorance June 2024

Started with this company and their pricing was in keeping with pump prices which made the convenience of having a fuel card worthwhile Despite pump prices having now fallen the prices that they are charging me have risen to ridiculous levels They are charging around 2 50 per litre including VAT for diesel making the average tank approx 60 dearer When queried they have no explanation for this Daylight robbery

Be aware Ripoff company Charges for everything possible Customer service completely useless Been told numerous times to wait for call back never happened Finally direct debit failed it just because of their staff uselessness still been paid on the same day by bank transfer 95 failed dd charge and now they want 2000 deposit to reactivate the card No Thanks Bye

Absolute disgrace they use an opt out model for adding hidden costs When you get as many emails as I do occasionally you miss some They added a green charge onto my account without me noticing they have taken over 1000 off my account over the past year They then told me they are only willing to refund one month Shocking

Absolutely appalling fuel card providers They will move you from weekly to monthly payment terms to charge you more money without notification charge you for cards after telling you there is no charge and add liability charges that you have to opt out of if you see an email outlining this which usually ends up in your spam folder

Whilst I initially experienced good pricing from The Fuelcard Company after a few months the discount disappeared until it matched the pump price On checking my invoices I had also been charged a zero liability charge that had been added without my knowledge The Fuelcard Company suggested they had sent an opt out option 16 6 24 by email but I had no emails from them on that date Even after opting out I have still been charged All in all its cheaper to buy without the Key Fuels Card Absolute scammers AVOID

Total con However I Have successfully taken them to court for a full refund Please Please do the same They had added hundreds of charges to my account without my approval or acknowledgment They send emails hidden that look like adverts with and automatic increase in services then have an opt out button if you don t click on automatically add fees to your bill They started off charging less for fuel than direct at the pump then now it s way more expensive Cancel your cards ASAP I gave them a week to refund me over 850 and they refused I paid 70 through the small claims court and they emailed me in days to settle out of court They tried to get me to sign a gagging order to stop this review and I refused to accept it They settled the claim in full one week later under my terms not there s They know exactly what they are doing and I hope more people take them to court off the back of my success
