Called in today in relation to my fleet account and spoke with a lovely lady Called Vicky Mooney nothing was too much trouble she answered all of my questions and offered support with a logging in issue Very polite patient and professional and a credit to the Fuel Card Company Many thanks Vicky

Stuart Sharland top account manager

Stuart Sharland was the manager dealing with my fuel card Everything went smooth from start to finish everything explained and even I got a limit higher than any other fuel card companies would have gave me Prices always as promised and even better As we all know is a very volatile fuel market but weekly prices that been offered until now were really competitive Again Stuart took me through the app and how to locate partner stations Highly recommended As all my mates did

Not what it seems

I m editing my previous good review It seems to be a bit of a scam I ve been using the diesel advance payment card and I noticed that money was disappearing from my balance and after talking to customer service I ve found out that Tesco add on 10p a litre surcharge so I m actually paying more than pump price so there s no point using the card I m going back to paying cash

I have dealt with numerous fuel card companies over the years and can 100 say that the service The Fuelcard Company provides is second to none This is down to the customer service provided by our account manager Reece Fenwick He regularly checks in with us as a company and provides fantastic service that we do not get with my other providers hence why they are are most used fuelcards by our drivers Thanks again Reece hope you dont mind me mentioning you you are an asset to the company
