Ordered a 250 RX the bike came and I ve had nothing but dramas with it Considering I haven t even rode the bike and it won t start it s unbelievable This must have been a display model as it came fully built and the starter motor Solenoid has broken only a few days after getting it Customer service and the technicians haven t been helpful what so ever I was told it was a starter chain I was instructed to take the engine covers off and see if it was ok It does t even have a starter chain so that was a waste of time I was then told it was a solenoid they sent me the wrong part and after another week of waiting the part came This didn t fix the bike When you buy a brand new bike you expect it to work with no problems Haven t even been offered a straight swap they have taken the bike back for repair Safe to say I won t be accepting the same bike back Absolute shambles and a waste of my time and money Even had to buy extra tools to do the jobs they have been asking from me 60 in total extra

This is a joke now my son s quad was meant to be delivered on Tuesday but it did not arrive I had to contact fun bikes for them to only tell me that they were struggling with getting deliveries out and the new delivery date would be today 22 12 at 12pm and still nothing I ve been speaking to their customer support reps who sound like an Indian call centre and are useless as they can still not give me a confirmed delivery date or time This quad was a Christmas present for my 6 year old FUNBIKES is a disgrace

Keep being supplied with dodgy charger
Needed a new folding mechanism due to the one my scooter came with being broken and the tech team jigs got the problem sorted by sending me a replacement part Although I ve been totally ignored about the charger that has been recalled all around the world due to them being untested The green light never turns on like nits supposed to when charged so I have to constantly keep unplugging it to check the voltage as it s gone over that full charge voltage which is dangerous and damages the battery I ll update this review if the charger is replaced This charger is clearly a cheap Chinese non tested one from AliExpress or alternative website I ve researched it myself they have sent me 2 replacement chargers that are exactly the same even after a phonecall stating I would be sent a different charger without the fn logo Problem unresolved

Very disappointed in this company
Very disappointed in this company spent over 500 for a quad for my son for Christmas and four days after Christmas he still couldn t use it Both front tyres were damaged so I had to take it to a garage to get them to order new ones and then replace them I would never buy from yous again my 1st experience buying from yous is absolutely shocking after reading trust pilot other people have had the same experiences

I d like to give 5 stars and say what a fantastic service I received unfortunately it was horrendous Ordered a bike for Christmas for my son delivery date was set then changed once then a second time for the 23rd December I wasn t hopeful of it arriving but the day came the bike arrived and low and behold it was damaged the clutch or something to do with the clutch had snapped Only think that was relatively quick was the refund maybe it was just me that had a bad experience but I could see where it was going from the start

Shocking service and product The NoFunBike has never worked and despite reporting the issue immediately we find ourselves 5 weeks later still in dispute over the fact the bike does not work FunBikes first line of defence is to refer to their warranty even if it s not relevant to your complaint I would suggest everyone reads all FunBikes warranties and disclaimers as you might find your purchase is not fit for purpose

Never received my bike for Christmas for my son they refused to send me another one tried ruining my child s Christmas customer service speaks to you like you dirt Starting a dispute on PayPal for them to refund my money to try and get my son another present for them to wait to last minute to respond i wouldn t buy a pencil off these people let alone another bike Vile people and vile customer service reading the comments I m not the first and won t be the last good luck dealing with these people I m sure they will comment underneath this comment saying they will get someone to contact me Which is also lies

Fun bikes more like Nofunbikes because the thing won t move My son brought a bike with the money he s saved for a few years for it to come broke They sent out a part which wasn t the right fitting for the bike then we got sent the right part for it not to be the problem Honestly if I read the reviews before hand I wouldn t have purchased his bike from this company I m currently waiting for a full refund the scrap to be picked up 100 don t recommend this company

Would not buy from again
We bought a Land Rover defender for a birthday arrived damaged beyond repair Customer services were poor at this point as I had to continually call them to get any updates on if the warranty covered a replacement Collection took over a week birthday had then passed 2 1 2 weeks later we are still waiting on a replacement which has been sat with XDP couriers for over a week After constantly calling to get updates pretty much daily as they don t ring you back when they say they do it looks like it s now gone missing from the couriers just before Christmas how convenient Do not use fun bikes or XDP couriers

Bought my son a quad for his birthday when it come to his birthday morning and the first time him going on it it didn t seem right got his dad to look who s a mechanic to find there s a fault on the brakes Front brakes are noisy when checking found front brake discs are not running true as if they are warped or disc or hub manufactured out of shape Contacted fun bikes to have the phone put down on me 606 for a quad he cannot use This needs sorting
