Well worth the 5 stars I m giving them here both for the service during the purchasing process in buying a bike from them but also the outstanding help in diagnosing a fault when the bike lost power Big props for Jigs for being able to work out the issue from a less than stellar amateur video DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED

Just a brief review more for Sarah and the mechanic guys all have been super helpful in getting our repair sorted one of our bikes had an issue we tried several things to repair to prevent us from needing to return but in the end it was inevitable Sarah arranged for the bike to be collected it was repaired and returned all with in a short turn around The bikes themselves are great fun but to know that if any issues occur they will help you get them repaired makes me feel a lot more stronger about them as a company Thanks again SARAH and the behind the scenes tech team x
