I have returned an item back and I called before I did so advising the wrong part was ordered ect And haven t heard a thing back with regards to refund so they had their product back and my money as I m still no refund returned

Terrible postage service funbikes use apart from that quad was scratched also very poor quality as stickers not put on with any pride Apart from that as expected for a cheap chinese made bike it was never going to be a suzuki or yamaha lol

Your showroom has been closed and no gear clothing to purchase or other items to look at there loss as we purchased riding gear from elsewhere the staff were very good and helpful

Company say next day delivery but won t guarantee it even though it s there own delivery vehicles when opened box quad was scratched in 4 places only a very light coat of paint no adequate for out door vehicle

Funbikes are a great Scooter not so much
Funbikes are a great company to deal with customer service is great which made the ordering process simple However I do believe that vital information should be made clearer to see E g warning about the scooter not being waterproof That and in my opinion when paying such expense for an item Delivery fees are too pricey I bought the chaos 1000 and would not recommend it at all Very cheap build and does not feel like it is structurally sound It is also not waterproof not designed for wet weather which I d imagine being a middle tier scooter for 600 it would come with some sort of water guard protection Not a rant just disappointed that I ve previously bought cheaper scooter which are built better I d recommend Funbikes just not for this product

The showroom has been closed for near on a year for refurbishment The building is freezing The service is slow Unsatisfactory customer service as they were rushing us with our purchase so therefore we was unable to ask relevant questions about the Quad accessories we purchased with was for a child We was told to wait in our vehicle wait with a takeout buzzer for them to dump the products at the rear of the vehicle

Finally recieved the ride on car I was starting to get abit worried as its a Christmas present and kept being told it was out for delivery and it obviously wasn t but spoke to someone and they got it sent out priority so in the end it all worked out well

Ordered a chain and a chain adjuster on the 9th and it never showed up didn t even get a email saying it had been sent out either and now I m not getting a email back EDIT they sent a new one straight out once they seen my email

Bike arrived - didn t work immediately
Bike arrived and didn t work Spark plugs were faulty and fuel didn t go through pipes properly After having it properly looked at by a mechanic and some parts changed out for new ones the bike now works fine Got a call back regarding this review and the guy was Lovely on the phone offered replacement parts and apologies and ended up giving us a complimentary gift card so very happy with that Customer service form on your website doesn t work just for future knowledge something to sort Merry Christmas
