I recently purchased a scooter from this store and I was amazed by how fast it was delivered My son was beyond excited when it arrived and he absolutely loves it The quick delivery made for an excellent shopping experience and seeing my son s joy was priceless

Manager very helpful

Had a problem with our payment going through Still not sure why When we got through to the manager he was brilliant He made sure our cars were assembled and delivered in time for Christmas Our grandchildren will be very happy A big thank you Samir

The quad bike came packaged well

The quad bike came packaged well easy to assemble and had the bike up and running under the hour There was one bolt missing for the handle bar unfortunately but luckily we had a spare in the garage My lad loves it couldn t get him off it today Great fun

Everything from order was perfect big problem when it came to delivery I paid the express delivery which was not cheap and they sent me a delivery window between 11 45PM - 1 45AM now who actually delivers at that time when queried the agent told me that was a premium time oh dear that was me told anyway bike was delivered at approx 10PM still a bit late at night but far superior to 1 45AM

Absolute joke of a company sent me a faulty scooter I paid 700 for an just keep trying to fob me off try this try that My next step is trading standards as they not living up to their warranty agreement Update-Replaced after a couple of weeks for a fully working scooter

Perfect order came in time charger and the port was in brand new condition loved the little gift couldn t ask for a better service well pleased

I had a positive experience with the customer service from Alex and Raj at the store and the machine itself is great However the instructional video for assembly is lacking It omits important steps leaving you to guess what to do next This results in spending at least 4 hours instead of the expected 1 hour I highly recommend that FunBikes create a new and improved video for their customers

Everything was ok apart from when we went to pump up there tyres the pressure thing popped out of two of them it took a while but we managed to get them back in

The quads are great my children love them The delivery date got moved several times for reasons unknown but we got them just before Xmas so all good

Good quality product

Absolutely made up with the mr2 120 pit bike it s such a good looking bike I did have to wait nearly 4 weeks for delivery but fun bikes reassured me it would come before Christmas and it did
