Poor customer service poor Chinese quality items advertised for high quality products but very low quality instead

I ordered a bike paid 100 extra for it

I ordered a bike paid 100 extra for it assembly it came and fuel tank was leaking got in touch and they wanted to send me a new tank and me fit it I explained that I shouldn t have to and if I did then it would void my warranty was very unhelpful and then said they d arrange to pick the bike up fix it and drop it back off but I would have to pay to have it redelivered and they may find it my fault not happy at all Won t be ordering from here again Sad as I ve had an electric scooter from here and had no problems with that but after this incident I will not be using this company again

The bike arrived without the bushes for the front axle My son was very disappointed that he couldn t use his present on his birthday FunBikes now want chassis number photographs etc to send out the missing parts despite the fact that they know what the bike is and what is missing Avoid this company
