No callback like they said they would

I ve been waiting for funbikes parts department to call me back for 2 days now when I was advised they would call me back the same day I ve ended up ordering parts that I hope will fit if they don t I ve lost just under 100 we will find out today if they deliver ontime

Poor customer service

Iv had nothing but problems with my sons scooter which was purchased at Christmas had to replace a few things on it now it s just not working switching on fun bikes basically are refusing to replace refund or even help fix it so that s 500 down the pan and an very disappointed teenager would never buy from than again Very disappointed in them

The bike is broke and i cant get

The bike is broke and i cant get intouch with any1 ive took it out the box today its for my daughter for xmas and the casing to the switch is snapped the casing round the motor is broke and the box of toola have things missing the alan key is tosmall for the screws there still white things over wot shoule be red the box to the charger is all ripped i have had quods and segways off this company b4 and they have been brill this one is just smashed n a week b4 xmas i could do with out the uncertanty on weather my childs gonna have a xmas pressent

Dodgy customer service who don t get back to you and leave you in the dark about detective pets you ve bought from them Tried solving the issue many times over the phone to no avail either no response after the phone call or any help given on the phone wasn t helpful Strange for a company that says they have outstanding customer service

Delivery was over a week laye with

Delivery was over a week laye with funbikes taking very little to do with this issue Quad bike was then lost after sitting in the depot for one week a d finally funbikes sent another quad however it arrived and parts were broken resulting in the quad bike being out of use Customer service has been disgusting Will not purchase from here again and will certainly advise friends to stay clear

Merry Christmas son

Merry Christmas son Here are your quad boots You can t wear them though Unfortunately there is a nail coming through the sole that will cut your toes Customer service are replacing these The quad wouldn t run for long either I think that sorted itself out and then the clutch broke The quad hasn t even been out of my garage yet and I m fitting a new clutch Not a great start to be frank However Abdel from tech support was fantastic

Cannot fault the company fun bikes at making sure the delivery is on time and when I asked some questions they are happy to help However when we came to putting the scooter together the handle bars would not fit into place securely Bear in mind this is Christmas morning and my son was upset we tried for a few hours and watched utube videos Finally my father in law a mechanical minded person had to make it fit using other methods The bush inside the steering head was the wrong size and it wouldn t tighten up a manufacturers fault

The bike I got is terrible got the bike as it was the cheapest option available at the time come time to ride the bike after an oil change and the run in time on tick over the bike would not start it floods every single time I go to ride it the wheels are terrible the engine bolts all lose front sprocket not put on properly engine mount bolts lose the bike over all is not worth the time of day mine will most probably sit in the shed until my other bikes give way sorry for the bad review
