Don t get me wrong love my scooter after only 9 months the bearings have gone spoke to someone straight away but advised I have to buy it of course not worried about the money but they then advised it s only 6 months warranty Just be careful before spending hundreds of not thousands on there products with only 6 months warranty Other than that a lovely scooter

Brought a kids roughrider sale process excellent worked for one day After sales customer service appalling asking me to try and fix it asking me to deliver back to them two weeks since purchase meant to collect it yesterday did not happen text last night to say collect today now phone call to say collect next week sometime Update - was eventually collected once returned the service was good phone call to tell me how the repair was going and delivered back within 5 days Driver KEVIN on both occasions very helpful and prompt

Purchase was fantastic I was very happy with the price and product but the delivery time and customer service wasn t as good as I d hoped I paid for faster delivery 2-4 days and received the product 2 weeks later after me calling twice having not heard anything First time the delivery was suggested from Monday to Wednesday and didn t arrive Second call was made and it arrived 2 days later

I have been to the shop twice now and both times the wait time is excruciatingly long Last time there was someone in front of me and even though he ran backwards and forwards to the office he didn t bother to get someone else to deal with me Very poor service

Great company with lots of fun stuff we got a quad from hear and its amazing Id would shpl heat again On a down side I asked a question about the chain being realy tight and knowone got back to me so just brought a new chain instead was told customer support would get back to me about my question Seems they ll gladly sell spare parts but doesn t seem to be any customer support like I was told

I was quite surprised by how long it took me to receive these items since ALL other items have arrived quickly To make matters worse I was sent the wrong items I contacted the help team and informed them that I had received the wrong items I was given an apology and told that I could return the items at no cost and that they would send out the correct items Although this is the least amount of assistance I would expect from them since it was their fault I am still not able to use my e-scooter till they receive the incorrect items and then post the correct items This could be as long as 3 weeks I ordered qty 2 rear shocks and was sent qty 2 front shocks same price l would have purchased qty 1 front shock as well as the 2 rear shocks but the front shocks were currently out of stock so I left it off my order I have decided to keep the front shocks and just reorder the rear shocks that will make it easier for me and I will get the rear shocks sooner Mistakes can happen and I am not going to make a mountain out of a molehill and kick off about this it will be right in the end

Service in terms of dispatch packaging etc excellent thanks Sam However via customer services and tech teams it took 2-months to get a faulty battery checked and repaired - quite a long time to have my kids bike out of action
