It could not have been made easier Everyone was so very helpful and pleasant I was made comfortable and everything was explained in great detail I was given plenty of time to discuss things The girls answer my question and I left feeling that I had what I wanted to happen to me when the time comes I feel that it was the right thng to do at the right time I told my daughter about it and her and her husband are now going to do the same thing

Firstly the young lady who we first saw at the branch in Basingstoke Julie was very pleasant and helpful and secondly we made an appointment to see a funeral plan advisor and were seen by Tess who was extremely helpful and informed and advised us to our complete satisfaction
