John did an amazing job in live streaming my Mums funeral from a tiny church with no internet extremely variable mobile phone reception The whole process was expertly handled by John and he even visited the church in Devon in advance to double check what mobile signal was available He responded speedily to my many email questions and expertly set up in the church in an totally unobtrusive way My sister in Australia was unable to come over due to illness but was understandably desperate to be involved She recorded the eulogy which was played over the live stream as well as in the church and John put the slide show which we played on a TV in the church onto the video too My sister and others who were watching the live stream said they really felt part of the service and the filming and zooming camera angles were incredibly professional They had uninterrupted streaming which was remarkable given the state of mobile reception in that spot All in all couldn t recommend more - the whole process was expertly professionally handled by John from start to finish and our family and friends who couldn t make it felt part of the service Thank you John

John provided the most comprehensive and professional service From the initial call to request his services to the almost immediate publication of the recordings after the event John was the consummate professional He uses high quality pro level kit and is clearly hugely experienced and extremely capable His camerawork is excellent and the overall results are outstandingly good Set up was quiet efficient and unobtrusive Sound was organised well in advance and worked flawlessly We only had the stream running from inside the church but John filmed the burial too and added it as a file after the live event It was well put together crystal clear and with only one camera he managed multiple shots seamlessly All in all we did not really notice him doing his work - which is exactly how it should be I cannot thank him enough for enabling family members from around the world to participate in the funeral of a much loved father and brother If you re wondering about whether this service is for you I can say wholeheartedly you must speak to John and use him for your event It s an extremely professional and not too pricey solution - I can highly recommend

A lovely streamed funeral service

John streamed our mother s funeral This was particularly important to us as my brother and his family are in Australia and were unable to get back My brother was able to record his eulogy to be played in the church and on the live stream John was very professional and efficient in the run-up to the funeral and unobtrusive at the service He was able to add a montage of photo s to the live stream which our friends and relatives who were unable to attend were able to see The live stream was also available after the service for people who missed the live streaming We have had some lovely comments about how much the streaming was appreciated and we did feel that our friends and family were with us at the service I would thoroughly recommend streaming funeral services and John Gurd in particular

John of Funeral Streaming Service provided a live stream for my husband s funeral in 2023 From the first contact John was kind compassionate and extremely professional The funeral was held in the New Forest and we were worried about sufficient signal but John ensured that it all operated properly and we live streamed across the world and were able to be joined by so many friends and family members John s expertise in filming was evident in the beautiful way in which he captured the service - using the correct angles and using the zoom appropriately and sensitively I and many others have welcomed the ability to watch the service subsequently from the download provided All of this was provided at considerably less cost than that quoted to us by the funeral director for an alternative provider I cannot thank or recommend John enough My husband was a broadcast journalist and I feel he would have been proud and thankful that we used such a professional Do not go anywhere else - I commend this company to you
