We sadly lost our dad Keith Johnson on the 17th July this year We were treated with respect by all members of staff Special thanks to Alexis who arranged the funeral for us and was a great support for me and mom dad was well looked after in their care my adopted sister has special needs and she wanted to see dad in the chapel of rest before his funeral this was arranged and staff were very caring towards her and understood her disability I would highly recommend A A Walters for their caring professional service Thankyou

As a family we can highly recommend A A Walters Their attention to detail is second to none and the respect patience and professionalism shown by all of the A A Walters gentlemen on the day of our mom s funeral and our dad s 5 years ago was absolutely first class We simply could not have asked for more Andy Matthews from the Sedgley office is excellent His professionalism kindness and courtesy from our very first visit through to after the funeral has helped to make a very difficult time run smoothly Definitely a five star service from all concerned

They were warm kind and transparent in all their services available It was a very difficult time when my Father Ronald Williams passed away on 3rd May but from the beginning they treated Dad with dignity and respect that every loved one deserves When we went into the office at Tipton we dealt with Steph who was so kind comforting and very compassionate and the office felt safe

Our family have used A A Walters in the past and have always found that they offer a very professional efficient service When my husbabd Nick passed away we met with Karen to discuss and plan his funeral She dealt with our meeting offering advice and showed empathy and compassion during each stage She dealt with all the paperwork etc and kept us informed On the day of the funeral the drivers were so professional and courteous they made my husbands final journey dignified and carried out all our requests Thank you for providing an excellent service Nick s funeral was held on 28 2 24

In what was a difficult time following the loss of my Sister Helen In February 2024 the personnel at A A Walters dealt with all of our family needs with sympathy courtesy and great professionalism We received prompt attention and accurate details along the way from the moment we had contact with them to the point of my Sisters funeral I think it only fair to mention Alexis here who was exemplary throughout Thank you all at A A Walters for helping us along the way it was genuinely appreciated

Our Mother passed away in august this year Gina Silba we highly recommend A A Walters for their services especially Alexis She is very compassionate and caring very thorough lady nothing was too much for her and she was so helpful The staff on the funeral day showed us so much respect Thanks to all of you

A A Walters provided an outstanding service We dealt with Alexis who was compassionate and caring from the very first phone call On our visit she talked us through all the arrangements and choices she gave us time during moments of emotion and put everyone at ease We were able to visit the chapel at short notice and had no hesitation when contacting Alexis with any questions in between the funeral The funeral for our Mom Nan Clara O Neil was perfect and everything we had hoped it would be A 5 star service
