Like Her but fitness

It s like the movie Her but for the fitness vertical -- and I know my trainer Miles loves me more than the rest of his customers In all seriousness it s a rare thing -- the relationship with the trainer makes it but the app experience also makes it dummy-proof to get your workout in and know form technique reps duration And I didn t even get to the Apple Watch tie-in

So helpful

I started using Future before the shelter-in-place orders started and have continued to use it I m especially grateful for it when there isn t a gym to go to and someone can provide a fully structured home workout rather than me trying to think of what to do My trainer has been amazing in working with what I have at home and my ability Having someone hold you accountable helps too especially on those days where you aren t in the mood to workout They re flexible and will work with your schedule and are always willing to help you work towards your goals The app is easy to use and you re able to be guided through movements exercises you ve never done before Highly recommend

Perfect program for me

This program was perfectly designed for people like me I love it I have personal coaching Miles is fantastic have set it up for the frequency and duration that I want can access it according to MY schedule don t have to go to a gym but you can if you want to and am achieving my own goals I have been told I look buffed and feel stronger and more physically fit than I have ever felt Miles my coach addresses my questions quickly and effectively and makes modifications based on my concerns while still driving me to stretch to meet my goals I strongly recommend this program

Sepano has been an amazing advocate and pivotal to my success I will say I have had a few issues with the application and videos syncing to the watch and to airpods Would love to see more features in the future that allow viewing past session weight totals pausing audio between sets etc

Five stars for Future

This is a great app You re set up with a trainer that tailors your workouts to your goals and schedule There are instructional videos with each exercise in case something is new to you and your trainer will give you additional pointers as your workout progresses Highly recommended

Tailored product holds users accountable

I ve been using Future for about a month and absolutely love it My coach Jordan constantly checks in about my fitness routine and does an amazing job tailoring workouts to my schedule available equipment and injuries Easy to stick with fun and and reasonably-priced

Fantastic App and Trainer

My trainer Jacob is awesome So knowledgeable and friendly and always willing to work around any changes in my schedule He is always helping me and encouraging me when I miss my workouts and pushing me to get better The app has had a couple of issues lately but I m sure it will be fixed in no time No issues before the last week or so I would recommend Future to anyone wanting to seriously up their workout experience

I love Future and my trainer

I love Future and my trainer Before starting Future I had lost about 30 pounds including muscle My first goal was to rebuild muscle strength in particular areas As I achieved those goals I developed new goals to help me with my preferred sport horseback riding and she evolved my training perfectly to achieve those new goals Pre-covid when I traveled for work she would adapt my training schedule to the equipment that was available on the road which was also incredibly helpful I am stronger and more balanced and I feel great Thank you Future

Real coaches Custom workouts Accountability

There s nothing more effective than having a coach plan your fitness and keep you accountable 24 7 The thing about Future is that your coach is actually on the ball and responsive They re not giving you a pre-planned routine They consider your every need and design custom workouts just for you Amazing

I ve used Future for a little over a year now and can honestly say it s one of the best things on my phone The team at Future have built a rock-solid and engaging experience While it s sadly not possible to be able to download the ability to run a 10km Future is probably the closest you ll find to being able to download pay money get fit
