Keys very often don t work

G2Play is good at selling keys that don t work If you want to get scammed definetly buy here edit g2play refunded my purchase and offered a 10 discount on a new purchase Average solution g2play is in my opinion 100 responsible for the listings on their website Unfortunately they don t care to verify their resellers keys so if you buy here expect keys that are already used

Really bad service

Bad service bought a key which didnt work Customer Support took days to answer although i delivered all asked information to them i didnt get my money back Lucky that paypal covers that Never buying again on that site

Order ON HOLD 12hs with verified C Card

Ticket NKR-51878 MS OFFICE 2019 HOME AND STUDENT RETAIL KEYOrder S48IEDEA2B32No response on ticket and LiveChat is down And Facebook chat is a bot Invaild Key this happens too often And you pay extra to get protection for this Does it mean their key sellers is scammers I will wait max until friday 4days and Than I will take action over paypal

I had an issue in which I was provided with a non working cd key customer service did not respond and i filed a reverse payment to my bank They suddenly decided to respond after the reversed payment request had been made and refunded my money After the reversed payment was completed they contacted me again under the pretense of taking legal actions becuase they felt cheated I asked my bank to rewire the reversed payment problem solved right NO Now they ve locked my account redering me unable to use the refunded mean ing they ve basically stolen my money after the reversed payment had already been rewired g2play is one big scam

Horrible service

Horrible service - Support is a BOTDon t buy your games a G2play I pre-ordered Borderlands 3 so I could play it when it were released Now its 10 hours past release and I still havnt received my key When you try to contact costumersupport its a freaking BOT answering and not working People are complaining on their facebook and they are saying they will look into it but process is so slow Do yourself a favor - spend the extra bucks and buy it from the real vendor

taking too long

i order my key for escape from tarkov 2 days ago haven t gotten an email yet so i send a ticket 1 day after still nothing i am becoming inpatient and thinking about asking for a refund can someone please help btw still not a single response yetEdit if your having the same issues message them on twitter i got a much faster response there and I got it ny key now

Deeply displeased that my order was put on hold despite me using a legit means Would not recommend just a huge inconvenience and moreover they reply really slow when using tickets No customer support 24 hours when things like these happen is the reason why 1 star doesn t even do this justice

Bought a game Endless Space 2 Steam key was already in use Contacted them sent them all the necessary screenshots they never responded Got a message recently saying that the case was closed because I never sent them the necessary files which I did Don t buy your keys here better to go to another key reseller such as g2a
