Do not buy random packages Premium random packages consist of old games with few reviews 100 This is ONLY a rating for random packagesI have a great overall experience with g2play

A nasty day with a somewhat happy ending

Well i bought guild wars 2 heart of thorns yesterday but i found out this morning it was a ilegal code and i got banned Bye bye 600 hours account it is perma banned I reached out to g2play and after hours waiting my patience was at 0 9 hours after the first ticket i got a response that the seller i bought the key from was put on a hold and i got my money refunded as money in my wallet on the site i also got an explanation due to the long wait time which i believe Its sad from my old account but i have to live with my mistake from impulse buy that seemed too good to be true Thanks g2play for the refund and i am sure i will buy something from your shop soon again

Service quality just dropped recently - Don t close paypal dispute before they solve the problem

Been a customer since 2009 without incident 2 days ago I decided to buy starcraft 2 the latest expansion The key was rejected by battle net Since then no answer to my ticket requets for 48h ticket CQN-21697 Edit Nov 30 G2play pretend they found a solution and ask me to close the dispute on paypal so I do it and tell them so Edit Dec 5 No news or response from g2play since I ve closed paypal dispute Buyers beware don t close paypal disputes before having the good key Edit Dec 16 No response still from g2play Edit Dev 17 Finally a response from support There was a typo in the key and the corrected version is working Case closed

the key was already taken but they sent to me another key

I bought a game and the key was already taken I will track everything 5-Nov Bought the key but was already used I created a ticket 7-Nov Replied them again because I had no replies in 48 hours 10-Nov Finally they contacted me asking for proofs I gave them the proofs a few minutes after 12-Nov They replied in trustpilot and website and told me that they contacted with merchant and I should have a solution soon 13-Nov They ask me to close the paypal dispute to proceed with the replacement key I do it 14-Nov They sent to me a new key now it works Happy finish But still 3 stars because it took 9 days to solve the issue

Still waiting

Got two games with no problem but the third thing i tried to get 60 days WoW card made me lose faith in G2play Tried getting it monday and after my money was taken got an email saying that they were sorry cause they ran out of keys Asked of I wanted a refund as site credit and I replied with yes as I would use it to get it again It stated on the email that they offer 24 7 customer assistance but I am still waiting for a reply on their part Im so angry as a normal person would be as losing their money and having no idea of what happens next If by any chance someone from g2play cares to read this TPR88147

Mostly fantastic

Huge discounts off steam other games Codes generally arrive instantly after purchase I ve only had one code not work but I m sure they ll sort that out as they offer protection edit I have waited 3 days to hear back about the invalid key still nothing They advertise a quick response but that s not what I have experienced in this instance It s not an expensive game but I was hoping to be playing it already not waiting days on end to get it refunded so I can buy another key then wait to download it It s a shame because other than this experience they have been superb to shop with

A bit slow support but solved at last

I ve bought a lot of games from g2play never had a problem with any of them But yesterday I bought GTA V only to get scammed by a person called Alorgan M After 15 hours the issue was solved I got a refound and a 10 discount coupon great

It s a great site when it works

I ve bought almost 30 games over the last 1 5 years without a single problem Last tuesday 2 days ago I bought Star Wars Battlefront but the key I got had already been used by somebody else No big deal stuff happens so I created a ticket Now it s 48 hours later but I still haven t had a reply regarding a replacement key or a refund That wouldn t be so much of an issue either if they didn t claim to have 24 7 customer support and a 30 minute reply time to e-mails Ticket ID just in case Ticket ID JWX-78410

Use Kinguin for support

My friend bought GTA 5 at G2Play but the key he got was invalid He contacted Customer Service but they didn t reply within the first 24hrs even though they promise 24 7 We then found out that Kinguin net owns the website so we try their live chat and they where very helpful They get a 3 5 because in principle their own support didn t help at all To get a better review they should do automatic redirect from g2play to kinguin or something similar I my self haven t had a problem with a key yet

Not Again

Overall my experience has been good I received a bad code once or twice In my most recent experience one that s not legible It s moments like this were customer service has to really come through and they have in the past and hope they come through again This review is more against the seller and not against G2Play netGood company just be careful what seller you buy from I picked a seller with a good review but not enough sells bad idea Always buy from seller with high rating plus larger sell numbers
