Sold an invalid key for a game Very very slow support Update 4 days to recognize my problem and my request for a refund 5 more business days to issue the refund Spend your money somewhere else

I made a purchase over 100 euros and they suspended my purchase while keeping the money They sent me an email asking to do a verification of my address and done what they wanted they did not solve anything and at the moment I lost my money

Have been using g2play net since 2014

Have been using g2play net since 2014 without any problems - you pay you get a key and that s it Now I bought a key thats already in use and the supportteam response times are terrible and you have no choice but to leave a ticket 3 days so far no response on a case concerning a refund on a key or a new key Not cool They take a Processing Fee one every order to keep up the site ect spend it on Helpdesk customer support Update It took 14 days to solve the problem I made a negative internal report on regarding their supplier but they will not approve it For they think the matter is resolved and it is BUT I still got a key that was already used and spent several hours writing and waiting for answers

Borderlands 3 Preorder disaster

Preordered Borderlands 3 on their site hoping to get the key around the time when the game would be released 1 am Got pretty disappointed that now after 17 1 2 hours into the release I didn t get a key Bought the same Bundle Game DLC on HRKgame and they delivered it instantly DO NOT PREORDER ON THIS SITE

Orderd Borderlands 3 After 30 hours the Gamekey still not arrived Suportticket is unanswerd since 24 hours Not recommended for people which want to get theire games quick Still waiting for answer and borderlands

For some reason my orders are cancelled

For some reason my orders are cancelled ive used the site for a long time but i think ill move elsewhere They used to have a great chat service where you could talk to a person and not a computer but they seem to have gotten rid of their good and defining features Very sad They also proclaim that the response time is usually around 30 minutes which is not the case for me i can say Can recomend INSTANT GAMING

Pure scam

This is a pure scam The website sold me a game on steam It was supposed to be a steam key The button at the end of the payment indicated redeem steam KEY But when I clicked on it it was a getmyacc link to redeem a steam account So basically you are not getting what you pay I didn t accepted the account and I am currently waiting for a reply on their website and on Paypal claim
