I was trying to buy a gift for my friend for their birthday after I got the email with link to redeem my purchase I got message from Steam that it had already been taken I contacted their customer service right away and now 2-3 day later I ve heard nothing back despite claims of 24 7 customer service I can t see myself doing more business with them if things are so unreliable

I bot several games and other programs from this store but this is the second time when I bot something an the code not working And this is the point where the horror begins you paid for the customer protection but it WORTH NOTHING It takes 14 hours to get an answer at all then they starting asking pictures parameters AND YOUR CONFIG DETAILS After almost 20 hours there inst a solution they just asking

Takes about 2 to 3 days for a real reply that isn t an excuse to waste more time 24 Hour live chat is always offline never ever saw it online They let people sell invalid codes and don t even check them before they are up for sell Happened twice now where the code is invalid or not typed right Altogether a bad site which i will never buy from now on

They are great until they aren t I d say 1 key out of every 5 purchases don t work or are invalid Never buy from a community seller on there its a nightmare and most keys are invalid It took 48 hrs of nonstop live chats to get any sort of a refund and most of the time its in store credits it basically felt as if I were being punished for their mistake I probably will not purchase anymore products form this site

Paid received a key key worked Simple and easy -- at first A month later I got a notification in Steam that my product had been removed Waiting for a refund

After some issues with the orders they fully refunded my money Still I would not order again because they sent no codes or just wrong ones not holding their promises

Its okay you get your orders still but like currently not getting fast replies for a 24 7 Customer Service honestly really bad customer service tried contacting on everything and no help 2 of my orders are still on hold for a verification that is taking over 2 days

Bought 10 games on g2play net so far in the last couple of years it s usually a smooth process - you pay you get a key and that s it The thing is if something goes wrong or the key ends up not working - the aftersales response times are terrible and you have no choice but to leave a ticket - no actual chats with a human being no calls etc - only tickets 6 days so far no response on a case concerning a refund of a key that does not work - that s unacceptable

They sell actual keys but much of what they sell are used serial keys which you will be unable to activate You ll have to keep pressing for several weeks if you want refund or a new key and they keep ignoring your support ticket When they eventually refund you you ll get in-store credit only The very nature of their product is flawed one-time use keys taken from physical copies laying around that it s impossible to prove to g2play when you receive a good and when you receive a bad key Buyers beware

Bought Doom Eternal CD key from the G2Play net still after 9 hours i haven t received my cd key but my money has gone from my bank account I contacted the support about 30 minutes after purchased because it still did say on hold 2-3 hours later i was contacted by the support saying my IP address doesn t correspond with my given home address I ve been using VPN service for years without any problems with purchasing or playing videos games but i turned off my VPN and purchased a new game for test order to renew my IP address as i was told to do so Now nothing Dead silence for 6-7 hours no CD key no response on tickets nothing UPDATE 1 After 24 hours i have received the CD key but If i always have to wait 24 hours after purchase before i can play a game from G2Play i wouldn t recommend using this site it s my first time buying from here and the last time
