Totally trustful

Bought quite a few games already however I had one problem with a key and they took way so many days to fix it And even after they said they gave me a total refund 2 days passed but I log in and nothing has been refunded so I had to go to the same support ticket and say that the refund hasnt got there Only after they finally fixed it ps I will surely buy from them again and they actually fixed the problem even though it took way too many days more than a week to get my refund back

I have bought several titles in the past all without trouble Until i bought a bought a game and didnt receive the code I have created a ticket 6 days ago now and still nobody has replied If my my ticket is handeled properly i will update review Edit They finally refunded me the money They are honest but very very slow

The code could not be redeemed

They send me yesterday a code that could not be redeemed 1 No money back 2 No new code 3 Support answer 2 times after 8 hours not in 30 min 4 24hours later NOTHING Update Problem solved via Live chat tnx to support operator name 5 stars for her She send me new working code on the email So 5 stars for name 1 for the rest the result is 3stars

Resolved Key wrong or mistake or Both

Hi I bought a key elite dangerous - Horizon season pass the key worked but it is not the right key indeed mistaked It is in fact elite dangerous - commander pack skin and goodies pack not add-on I am very disappointed and i maked a ticket in support customer with lot attachment Not yet contacted me for resolve my issue Regards Number ticket support customer QJO-05339 WRONG KEY UPDATE 6 october 2017Resolved Thank you

MGS Phantom pain duplicate key

It took 7 days to get it resolved but now i finally have a working key and i m happy They offered me in-store credit refund or a new key i opted for the 2nd option because who wants in store credit when there is no trust at the time I dont think 24 7 customer support is entirely accurate but i m glad its all resolved

slow support

slow support it is not bad shop pretty fast for buying games but if you have problem with something it is pain in the i mean most of my orders did well but i have one for 50 and they sent me not working url and they are not replying to my support tickets so i won t buy anything from there if they won t give me working one plus something more i hate waiting like this when you are not sure if they do not only want to scam you

I have an account on g2play for 5 years now The overall experience is a good one Never had a problem with a key until now Everything went smooth but a few days ago i decided to buy a key which was EU region locked so as I live in Europe I figured that s not a problem Well it was The key did not work No worries I opened a ticket I was glad that the customer support usually responds in less than 24h but this is not the case Today will mark the 3rd day I didn t get a response This upsets me a little bit i was expending a little more professionalism from G2Play

I never buy from G2play Kinguin again you should not do that either

I bought a game dlc on 24 June i only received only a dlc code without the game i bought the game elsewhere just to activate the dlc and its an invalid code a scam The customer service is terrible Regards JohnEDIT In the end the customer service did respond back and the issue is being resolved This was the first time i got an invalid code which made me upset i bought plenty on G2play without issues

Edit I had an answer and they fixed my issue 2 days but finally it worked I bought nba 2k24 and i received an activation key but it is invalid No answer from the report case and ticket on kinguin I received a key in this format AAAA-BBBB-CCCC AAAA-BBBB-CCCC but as steam indicates there is no format like that one
