Very reliable but with some problems

It is easy to buy the product you want at good price Pretty fast too There maybe a few hiccups but those can be solved in reasonable time

My experience so far

Initial key didn t work but they fixed itAs it says in the tittle the first time I bought anything on their website and it failed without buyers protection I m not sure if I d even get my money back

Good but pay attention and a little extra

I have had in total about 4 aquisitions from G2play net since I first found this site leaving kinguin net aside which I am also customer of 3 out of the 4 went with no trouble keys delivered instantly no complaints The fourth aquisition has been revoked by steam for having been actually revoked by g2play for being stolen Inconvenient but the issue has been solved in under 72hours with a small compensation from their side and a refund Support speed could definitely be better but all in all their mechanism of solving problem works With these being said truth has been reflected in this paragraphs so it is up to you customers if you decide to further trust in Kinguin

This site gives you the possibility tot buy software at a reduced price It works by providing a platform for resellers However for a small fee they support everything you buy and provide good support Just keep in mind that buying at g2play kinguin is to good to be true sometimes pay the buyer protection My experience is a possitive one

Most of the keys from many sellers work perfectly fine just some do not some fail directly some after a couple of days or even month Basically g2play is more a market place If you take the discount into account vs always buying at other stores you will very likely be still better off at g2play even while you get a bad key from time to time it depends on the seller So it is up to you its a bit like gambling for a cheaper price

This service should be used with caution A Key that have already been redeemed was sold to me If you complain you will be stalled with canned texts and no solutions I am going to deleted my account I want nothing more to do with this company Update Actually I just wanted to find out how to delete my account but then I saw the credit The solution is to remain firm and insist on your personal rights Writing a review with the order number here was very good Last week my purchase was refunded a 10 voucher Respect to g2play I didn t expect that Rating has been adjusted from 1 to 4 stars
