Great customer service
Crystal helped me for almost an hour today She was so patient helpful and kind She made sure to stay on the line when most people would have hung up which would have been fine because she d already answered all of my questions But since she offered I thought it might be a good idea to keep her on and I m so glad I did I wasn t able to complete my purchase and she walked me through it all more than once until it went through and worked She was wonderful Thank you Crystal

Gabb is the best
Gabb is the best product out there to keep my pre-and mid-teens accessible but also safe We are so grateful for their watches and phones Their customer service responds quickly and you get to chat with a real person

Optimistic about better phone connection
I was having trouble setting up the gabb watch 3 It took more time than anyone would anticipate but we got through it I m so grateful for the team not giving up and working hard to solve the issue Good customer service Professional and confident I live in a rural area and know the phone watches can be limited at time with internet area service but that will change over time I still feel good about my kids having the watches because the are more of a phone than a device they would be on playing games or watching video all day Isn t the option to talk to friends and family and a few little games but doesn t give them the ability to go overboard The new watch 3 has more options and we are still new to this device One of my favorite upgrades is the charger The old watch charging port was to easily dirty and hard to keep clean and that greatly affected is charging at all So this new magnetic closed charging is a godsend I ll update down the road if need be about the watches and our experience
