They scammed me

They scammed me Money was taken but order was never sent I only received Thank you for your purchase email and they never shipped product Be careful

Like most other reviews on here rubbish company wouldn t ever do business with them again They messed up my delivery didn t ship it so I asked for a refund and to cancel my order they ignored the request and then shipped it They have now said I cannot get a refund Complete scam DO NOT TRUST

haven t received my item and no refund

haven t received my item and its reaching 3 months since I placed my order I ve contacted the company multiple times apparently I need to be patient a little longer and they are still checking for updates with the courier I think the tracking is a farce it doesn t actually show specific delivery details just that something has been shipped and is in transit They have taken my money not producing an item or refunding me Quite upset

The App doesn t work and poor customer service

I bought my lamp just under a month ago It was ok to set up but soon stopped working properly with the App I couldn t edit any of the pre set scenes and now all but one of the pre set scenes have disappeared Had I wanted a lamp without the App I would have purchased the Bliss lamp at half the price This is not acceptable and the customer service support from Galaxy Lamps has been appauling There is no way to contact them easily from the UK I have now written to Bradyn Gardiyash their CEO directly so we will see if he cares enough to answer

Avoid this company

Bought a moon lamp as a Christmas present which developed a fault within a few weeks Despite several emails back and forth with them trying to fob me off they finally promised to ship a replacement I m still waiting I ve asked for a refund to end the matter once and for all so let s see what happens next

I ve messaged them directly multiple times The first message was to see when the colour I wanted was going to be back in stock I then messaged them as Afterpay isn t coming up for payment even though they have it advertised as you can pay with afterpay They never respond so why would I buy a product If you re customer service is already seriously lacking

The app does not work Iv been sending detailed feedback forms for 1 5 years as well as emailing the company They only promise an update but nothing has ever changedThe lamp is great when it s on - but the app is a total let down and incredibly time consuming to use as it glitches constantly Would not recommend

The lamp will not connect to my WiFi

The lamp will not connect to my WiFi so I cannot adjust anything Every time you turn it on you have to select the lighting you want it does not come back on to the mode you were on when you turn it off You have to toggle to the mode you want every time If you want to return it you have to pay for return shipping AND you cannot return it if you bought it on sale TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME
