Don t go near these guys no response to emails lots of Facebook advertising but no shipment

Ordered a lamp June 1st it s now July 31st and they haven t even shipped it yet They eagerly took my money right away but won t send the product I bought for two full months after I placed the order I am attempting to get a refund of my 90 00 dollars now hopefully they can at least give me my money back They can t seem to do anything else right

Placed an order but nothing ever shipped After waiting 5 weeks with no item ever processing to ship I asked for a refund Would have preferred to have the item I ordered but at least I did receive a refund I question how legitimate this business is

Absolute scam Stay away from this company - absolutely no information about the order after you pay - no tracking number nothing Support does not reply to messages at all This is a joke not a company

I bought 1 galaxy projector and 2 lamps

I bought 1 galaxy projector and 2 lamps for 2020 Christmas gifts My daughter s projector broke when she unplugged it from the electrical outlet and it shocked her We needed to turn the electricity off in order to remove the broken piece It could have been extremely dangerous I notified customer service just to have that piece replaced so that she could continue to use her 70 projector but they told me they could do nothing because it had been more than 30 days This company does not stand behind their product After writing this review and writing a review on their website They decided to replace the defected projector I am happy about that but disappointed that it took me writing a review to force their hand

Company uses false advertising on social media

Saw loads of Facebook and Instagram ads advertising a Halloween promo plus an extra 15 off with a code an extra 10 if you give an email address however this doesn t work so I contacted customer services to be told that you can t get the discount and the promo as the and says you must wait till the promo ends and then you ll only get the 15 off I sent a link to the offer and have since been ignored A very underhand way of attracting customers using false advertising
