Avoid this company

Bought a moon lamp as a Christmas present which developed a fault within a few weeks Despite several emails back and forth with them trying to fob me off they finally promised to ship a replacement I m still waiting I ve asked for a refund to end the matter once and for all so let s see what happens next

I ve messaged them directly multiple times The first message was to see when the colour I wanted was going to be back in stock I then messaged them as Afterpay isn t coming up for payment even though they have it advertised as you can pay with afterpay They never respond so why would I buy a product If you re customer service is already seriously lacking

The app does not work Iv been sending detailed feedback forms for 1 5 years as well as emailing the company They only promise an update but nothing has ever changedThe lamp is great when it s on - but the app is a total let down and incredibly time consuming to use as it glitches constantly Would not recommend

The lamp will not connect to my WiFi

The lamp will not connect to my WiFi so I cannot adjust anything Every time you turn it on you have to select the lighting you want it does not come back on to the mode you were on when you turn it off You have to toggle to the mode you want every time If you want to return it you have to pay for return shipping AND you cannot return it if you bought it on sale TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing

I wish I would have seen these reviews beforehand This lamp does not project anything that looks like a sky I turned it on and saw a bunch of green dots I doubt NASA had anything to do with this product I asked for a refund within 24 hours Veronica in customer service told me I could either mail it back at my own expense or be refunded 40 I requested the 40 back Haven t heard from them since Con artists Update 3 9 21 I finally heard back from them and received my partial refund Added a star for that

Never received item - received refund after pushing for response

I placed 2 orders before Christmas in 2020 one for a moon lamp and one for a galaxy projector Though shipping records indicate that both items were delivered at the same time via the same tracking number indicating they were packed in the same box I never received the projector 70 CAD I waited until January in case the shipping was just slow and then reached out to the company I received a default We ll look into this and let you know email but as of March 31 2021 I have not received a response from them Not a good look EDIT April 2021 After I reached out again via email and left this review they did give me a full refund for my missing item I have updated my review to 2 stars as I believe this issue was only resolved because I kept pushing them But I do want to acknowledge the refund they gave me and the customer service agents I dealt with were very polite

dont buy if you are impatient like me

placed my order in march and only just received in august frustrating to deal with because everytime you email they take a week to respond and its the same delays because of covid response everytime i emailed about 6 times from march to june and they offered me a 10 refund which i never received the tracking website status also doesn t update and said it was still in singapore and still says that so i just gave up in june and accepted that i lost 100 then it turned up in august after i completely forgot about it it is good quality and im actually satisfied with the product not worth the 5 month wait and bad customer service though

Long delay in delivery and poor communication

Edited review Order was placed on 30 11 21 Paid over 7 for deliver within 1-3 days Item was not dispatched and there were no responses to emails until 15 12 Galaxy lamps have agreed to refund the delivery so I have raised the rating from 1 star to 2 Unfortunately the lack of communication to confirm what was happening with the order prevents me from scoring higher

I hate negative reviews as I am a small

I hate negative reviews as I am a small business owner The projector is cool when it works I do really love it however IMO many of the photos and videos in the ads are really showing multiple systems running to give the coverage that is shown which is the reason I purchased a second one However I am disappointed to have one broken at the 60-90 day point and the warranty is only 30 days and now I am worried about the second one Support has answered my detailed emails with suggestions but the projectors have lost their paring and are just on all the time with no control whatsoever unless you unplug it to turn off I have been offered 50 off on a new one but then you have to add back 12 in shipping that gets kind of expensive especially if they are going to kick the bucket every 60 days Cool but really needs a better warranty

Good product crap delivery

The galaxy projector is pretty neat but Galaxy Lamps seriously need to fix their shipping experience since DHL literally refuse to do their job The package WILL NOT be delivered to your home forcing you to pick it up from several kilometers away
