Gander Bartow Fl VERY POOR service department

In January I bought an RV in Gander Bartow Florida From the second use you started to notice that A C was not treating properly I took it to service to verify what is the problem of a new camper I have called on several occasions and these people pass the hot potato some say that the technician has not looked at it yet others that they do not have technicians available that the advisor is in the store that they call me back and in the end no one calls It is frustrating because it is known that they have not even looked at the camper they lie to get out of the moment I will never buy anything in this place again nor do I recommend it Very nice at the time of sale but then they don t care The way they work is unacceptable

Their service is a nitemare Beware

Their service follow up and staff are as poor as you can get I suggest you complain to the manufacturer Buyer beware All locations are a nitemare I wish i bought my Forest River Georgetown from someone else Gander in Thornburg VA was the poorest Employees not trained Even the person at checkout Unreal New manager there now was there before and demoted and moved to another location He is now back Dan Kinser is his name He is presently trying to avoid a lawsuit After the sale they vanish Oh yes and you can call Marcus Lamoinus The owner He says if you aren t happy im not happy bunch of BS Hes on tv as the prophet LOL hes loaded and a liar Lets all sue him Im about to

Horrible Customer Service

I cancelled an order within minutes of placing it I thought the order would ship right away and after found out it would take 2 weeks just to leave warehouse I spoke to two agents after waiting over 20 minutes each time Both said they would cancel it They did not cancel order Now trying to return items and it is ridiculous trying to get through I am sure they will insist on me paying return fees Their agents are terrible And no store is near me to return items By the way you don t find out that it takes 2 weeks for your order to leave the warehouse until AFTER YOU PLACE THE ORDER

Ordered a hitch had to cancel as they don t keep anything in stock 3 weeks later no refund Product never did ship Rudest damn customer service I have ever dealt with Wish I could reach through the phone and slap whoever I m talking to Would never buy another thing from gander or camping world ever again

Gander RV service is the absolute

Gander RV service is the absolute worst I would give their service department a 0 We have had nothing but problems since buying our brand new RV from a leaking window to a bad TV Had to go through months of dealing with them to get these warranty issues resolved No one ever returns your phone call and each time I call to speak to someone anyone for that matter I get they are extremely busy They have no regard for their customers they are only nice when trying to sell to you All I can say is buyer beware You better hope that you will never need service because I assure you you will get nothing but the run around from them My concerns always fell on deaf ears I will never ever deal with gander RV again Our experience has been nothing but a headache with the service department I can t stress enough how BAD they have been to deal with

Lied about stock or poor inventory cheap products

Called and talked to the Gander RV Hamburg folks TWICE about a screened tent was 1 assured they had 3 in stock and 2 would set one aside for me as I needed to drive 150 miles to the store Even though their inventory showed 3 in stock Nothing to be found Secondly I did not see a single brand I knew except Coleman The Northern Tool of camping stores selling cheap China-made products

I ordered an outboard motor and realized it was the wrong size I quickly tried to cancel my order but you couldn t cancel online I quickly called customer service to find out I have to wait until the order gets to them before I cancel Sure that s after my credit card was charged I called them back when my credit card was charged and the order was supposedly cancelled It s been over 2 weeks and still no credit on my credit card Make sure you order what you need otherwise you may end up with interest charges on your credit card for a purchase you never received

NEVER BUY FROM THEM

I ordered an item and I waited patiently 3 weeks after my purchase it said it shipped except a week later it never made it to fedex So I contacted customer support They said a different department will call me a week later I had to contact support again because no one called Of course they said they put a transferred my inquiry to another department and they will call me Now a month and a half later I ve decided to just cancel the order that was said to be shipped according to them and yet never made it to Fedex Said 3-5 business days for a refund but I ll probably have to contact them again after that NEVER BUY HERE ONLINE Maybe their physical stores have better luck

Tried to purchase a slide for my cooler No confirmation it was in stock Said it was So I called customer service be prepared to wait 3-5 business days for any question Followed by another 3-5 business days when you call back for another delay This went on for 40 days when I again got a 3-5 business day wait time to check with shipping as to availability of item I cancelled the order and will NEVER do business with them or their affiliates
