Great Car Buying Experience

After searching for weeks came across Grashion on Autotrader and I m so glad I did After a not so great experience with another seller I was really apprehensive but I needn t have been Tony at Grashion was professional friendly and not pushy in the slightest The showroom is immaculate as are the cars they really take pride in their business and it shows We had a minor issue when we collected the car and what really impressed me was how Tony dealt with this I can t recommend them enough and wouldn t hesitate to buy from them again Thanks Tony we love our car

Fantastic buyer experience From my initial call to Antony enquiring about the Ford Focus to driving away 3 days later in my new vehicle all was a superb No pushy sales pitches or techniques but a very friendly and relaxed approach The car was cleaned and prepared very well looking as near to New as could be possible for a used vehicle Extremely happy with my purchase and a big recommendation from me for Grashion Automotive Solutions

Family run over large dealership

Long running family business which showed in its quality of service and after service The cars were honest and fairly priced well displayed and advertised with full service history Compared to buying from a large dealership you feel as though the experience of buying a car is a personal choice with expert help rather than pushed desperately for you to purchase anything tied in with you expecting you to buy loads of extras in case anything goes wrong Ant was a great help but wasn t pushy and made sure everything ran smoothly according to our time plan not theirs

Would NOT go there again

I was told there were 2 keys with the car 1 was OK the other was a blank dummy when I told them about this they said they would have thrown the other away and would not help with the cost of a replacement The filler cap would not open properly I was told this would be rectified before I pick the car up It seemed OK but failed repeatedly afew days later Again no help was offered
