Wow Finally electrolytes that taste good Citrus flavor is super refreshing Equally important are the ingredients I decided to give this a try mostly because it has the 3 types of Mg I do CrossFit and road bike and have felt a big difference especially during those long rides with the good quality hydration and recovery 100 recommend
