A great affordable option

All the bad reviews had me a bit nervous But my experience with K health was smooth and efficient I entered my symptoms uploaded a selfie and a picture of my ID waited to connect to a nurse practitioner and then went over my symptoms got prescribed antibiotics that were sent directly to my pharmacy Honestly well worth the 35 The worst part was waiting to connect to a Clinician Just a bit nerve-racking reading reviews while you wait However I can t figure out what all the negative reviews are about My experience was great and I ll definitely be using K health in the future if the need should arise I have also recommended it to friends and family

Dr Maggie listened to my health

Dr Maggie listened to my health concerns and understood exactly what I was asking and gave me a clear explanation It s very hard to get Drs to hear the patient these days and is the main reason I joined K Health I appreciate the care you all provide At the age of 46 and at my heaviest I asked my primary care Dr what she recommended I do for weight loss and her response oh you re just at that age get used to it Why would I want care from someone like that This was during the height of Covid and I really didn t want to be in an office anywhere much less a doctors office I had what they call white coat syndrome or at least that s what the official diagnosis was I spoke to K Health and we figured out that it was anxiety and depression and it was worsened from Covid You all heard me You listened and then made your diagnosis Thank you from someone who was really teetering on that fence

Major Improvements

I have been using this app for over 2 years now and i can say that with full confidence the quality and consistency of service has improved exponentially There was a period of time in which i considered cancelling my subscription but after providing feedback my suggestions were actually considered and put into place From the end user experience this is a huge win and I feel a great respect toward this service

I can t believe this exists

This was the fastest easiest way to get a prescription I have ever had in all my life I was so thankful to get medicine right away within an hour to treat my uti and not have to wait a week to get into my primary doctor or spend a fortune at urgent care The price was 35 dollars as promised I only waited 5 minutes to get connected with a NP and she sent so much helpful advice as well I definitely will be using this again
