Cheap phone case from china which arrived broken poor quality

Bought a phone case and it arrived broken several emails for a returns but noReply at all Be aware this is some awful place who sells tacky broken Chinese cases and has no interest in refunding you the cases look good on the website but in reality they are cheap crap

Just like all other reviews didn t see till after I purchased took over a month for a simple plastic phone case to arrive which they made to look like it was metal Then this was the wrong colour Emailed multiple times with no response Poor poor customer service Avoid

I bought an iPhone case for a 15 Pro Max I just received it and is far too small It s not the one I ordered It looks similar but must be incorrectly coded The real problem is that I asked for a refund and I cannot get the company to return my emails after numerous emails they sent 4 words You received 15PM that is all It s all a scam I would never deal with them again The refund or 100 guarantee if you are not happy is just false they have no intention of giving your money back It s only less than 40 and they will miss out because there are plenty of good quality products available they will never taste one cent of my money again DO NOT TRUST THEM DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM Tony Australia

ANOTHER CHINESE SCAMMERS INSTAGRAM should protect the consumer buy filtering companies such as this one that keep showing their products as being made and shipped from western countries but they are not The portable battery they send is not worth more than 1 euro sold on instagram for 28 25 but whats most important is that it does not work i want to return it and get money back but they ignore email messages and if they reply they write nonsense and don t sign the email with a name nor a contact person or phone number I don t blame them i blame Instagram for keeping allowing business with scammers
