Scam

If I get a chance give 0 I am happy to give fhat I got cancellation for my flight ticket on Sep3 the person named Ehan help me with cancellation he misguided me that he can cancel the ticket but need to pay 500 dollar for the airline panelty fee but loose my ticket money and penalty fees as well when i try to reach out the same number for my refund inquiry then person name Mini not able to hear my issue start argument after requesting 8 minutes to pull my information with my airline reference number she said she cannot pull up the information and her colleague on Sep3 email provided they declared its not exist and on top of that she provided explanation that they never hired male staff So basically they are fraud be aware from them In overall experience I loose my 1700 with argumentative explanation from Gia travels

Think before you book with Gia Travels

Think before you book with Gia Travels Cancellation tickets booked in early Feb 2021 has not been refunded They keep saying lame excuses like Air India hasn t refunded the money So please refrain from booking through Ria

Beware Gia is charging 35 admin

Beware Gia is charging 35 admin charge for cancellation or change in booking Where as all airlines are doing a complete refund if a flight is cancelled Their call centre is based in Kerala and they are operating from there so think twice before buying tickets from Gia

Terrible Service

Terrible Service Unresponsive and UnreliableI booked a ticket through Gia Travels and received my tickets via email Unfortunately I was unable to access my email so I contacted them to resend the tickets Despite sending multiple messages and making several calls they never responded or sent the tickets again On the day of travel I reached the airport and still had no access to my tickets I called and messaged them again but there was no response This caused me significant stress and inconvenience This level of service is completely unacceptable I trusted them with my travel plans and they failed me at a critical time I would not recommend Gia travels to anyone looking for a reliable travel service

Iam very happy with the services of gia travels Especially staff roshni she is very helpful

Poor customer service

Had so many issues booking flight tickets from UK to India with Gia travels Booking dates were messed up by the agent and she convinced me it was my fault Even though you are calling a UK number the helpline is in India The original flights were cancelled by airlines and we requested for a refund which is pending even after 8 months

Agent with attitude

I tried to change my seat number and a message came which said i cannot complete the application and that i should contact my travel agency So while contacting them the agent that i booked through accused me of lying and said that sort of message should never come and where did you get that message in a rude and condescending manner It felt like he was belittling me
