Good communication

I bought the ticket for myself and my daughter as I couldn t get tickets for the Dublin show I had never used Gigsberg before and it was very helpful with good communication throughout the process The show was great

Never used before brought tickets at 4 30pm for a gig at 7pm that evening Was phoned and emailed with what to do which was very simple and we had a fab evening with some fab priced tickets

Great positive exp rience I must say I was a little anxious at the idea of rebuying an e-ticket would it be valid I got in touch with gigsberg very easily and was reassured And everything went the right way And I enjoyed a wonderful time I would certainly do it again if needed Thank you

Amazing I bought four Travis Scott tickets to Prague only 5 days before the concert and everything went super smooth It didn t cost as much as everywhere else when it came to the add on fees and I got my tickets exactly as planned Four e-tickets were sent to my email a few days before the concert and of course they were also real We all went to Prague and got the best concert in our lives Thank you gigsberg for making this so easy and for making my dream of seeing Travis Scott live come true

Eras Tour Tickets

I purchased 2 tickets to the Eras Tour in Dublin 10 months ago through Gigsberg I was very hesitant with reading mixed reviews from users experience with the website I was pleasantly surprised- between the diligent communication with Gigsberg customer service to receiving my tickets efficiently I received my tickets 3 days before the event- so take it from me when I say- take a deep breath and be patient- your tickets will come in time for the show I would use Gigsberg services again

I was sceptical buying the tickets for Olivia Rodrigo in Portugal as I was from Australia and didn t know much about gigsberg but everything worked smoothly and the gigsberg team were very responsive Would recommend
