I think these guys might be a scam Ordered an item from them on ebay and two weeks after it failed to show up I contacted them They said they were out of stock but I could have a different colour if I wanted I suggested they should express post it to me at which time they just refunded me instead like they do not actually have any stock I think they count on those peole who just forget they ordered something Dodgy

Products Didn t work

All the 5 star reviews must be fake Products arrived 3 months late and they don t work Then when you ask about the money back guarantee they stop replying to emails Of course there is no phone number to call either Dodgy Going to fair trading and ACCCUpdate After posting my review I received an email reply from Glassguard and they refunded me in full Still odd that any business would not have an auto reply or any information stating the office was closed over Xmas break nor any phone number to contact the company Either way the mould remover and glass cleaner didn t work for me at all Glad I finally received a refund

This company is a scam I purchased products in November and the only time I heard from them was when I emailed and asked where my products were Twice they said there was a delay and my package would be on its way in a couple of days They eventually said it had been delivered but when I clicked the tracking number they showed me it came up with a Victorian address when I live in Queensland No replies to my emails no number to call They are scamming Australians and using the excuse of its busy to buy more time before authorities shut them down
