I was late on payment so they already
I was late on payment so they already disconnected my wifi but when i received another bill they have charged me twice you already disconnected my line still u guys were able to charge me for another month LIKE I WAS NOT EVEN USING WIFI FOR MORE THAN A MONTH YET U CONTINUE TO CHARGE ME AFTER DISCONNECTING ME

Globe does not answer queries anymore It will make you wait for 24 hours in messenger and when the Customer service alledgely appears don t know if that is a bot too ofcourse you can t be waiting online in messenger for 24 hours God knows what hour will that be You will end up with no answers to pressing questions outside their almost useless electronic manual - the bot

Prepaid Mobile data Internet is so slow unless maybe you re using postpaid Our Converge Internet is waiting for repair but converge maintenance is also slow it s been almost 2 weeks no internet already si I ended up registering to globe mobile data and it sucks You can t even search Google without waiting for minutes Its mostly 0 01KB s to below 5KB s It s so frustrating

If I could give negative stars I would like come on People are paying for your service and you keep on disconnecting anytime of the day People are busy and needs to do their work While globe sits still and trolls people by cutting the internet for 10 mins just to continue it later on when their customers already suffered money hungry people So F STUPID

Globe TC is proven to be thieves My brother went to their Agoo branch with authorization letter from the account holder to have our subscription cut The lady said internet will be disconnected and they will call my brother soon No calls of course Then we still received a bill the following month and the next Tapos ngayon yung owner na ang pumunta sa Globe office sa Manila para lang sabihang pay the full bill almost 4k saka nila terminate ang connection Mga magnanakaw talaga Swindlers

roaming service not working customer service unresponsive
I have purchased a Roaming Australia on December 6 When I arrived it did not work I escalated it to them 3 days in a row and all i received was it is being reviewed and they will get back to me I went back on December 15 without able to use their roaming service No one contacted me at all And now I am requesting for refund and this is their response Thank you for patiently waiting I would like to inform you that your follow-up concern was already closed due to incomplete information Also you should be abroad to be able to refund it again as a promo As much as I want to do another escalation for it I am saddened to say that the promo has already expired Thank you for your deeper understanding Do you have other concerns apart from this I requested for refund while I was in Australia and they are not responding back to me What a useless service Worst customer service ever
