Awful experience do not use

Such an awful company and absolutely disgraceful customer service- DO NOT EVER BOOK WITH THEM Paid 55 for a transfer each way from the airport neither of which we received When arrived to the airport on the way there we were left stranded as our transfer had left We had no way to get back causing us to pay 180 for a taxi For the transfer back the driver drove straight past the stop and didn t pick us up even though we waved them down meaning we had to buy bus tickets to the airport which took an hour longer than the transfer would ve Absolutely ridiculous- such scammers and clearly do this to a lot of people DO NOT USE

Booked through Love Holidays with transfers Total chaos at Barcelona Airport and the return pick was even worse the return was totally confusing with being issued 2 pick up points and after myself and the hotel staff tried several times to confirm the pick up was late and a long distance for the hotel Will never go with a holiday company that uses this Transfer Company again

Temperature inside shuttle was 40c no air con no air from outside

MTS Globe provided our shuttle to and from the airport for our holiday to Malaga On the way back to the airport we were the first picked up the temperature inside the shuttle was around 40c hotter than the outside We kept waiting for the air con to kick in but it never did nor were any windows rolled down We were made to sit in that sauna for nearly an hour and by the time we got off the shuttle I felt very unwell I ended up suffering bad diarrhea and nausea also felt faint INHUMAN conditions on those shuttles it s absolutely disgusting You are much better off taking a cab This company puts your health at risk Not okay that

If I could leave 0 stars I would Waited at the side of the road from 7-8 this morning for what should have been a 7 12am pickup with 5 bags of luggage and my 5 month old Rang at 7 35 to be told a taxi was on route to us and had left 11 minutes ago and would be with us in 5 Rang back 20 minutes later as no taxi appeared No explanation as to why the bus just never showed up and no notification that the bus wasn t ever going to arrive even though they were obviously aware as they had booked us a taxi Also on the transfer to the hotel we sat on a roasting hot bus for an hour with no information on when we d be leaving Would rather walk to the hotel next time It s hard to believe how the company is still operating Also sent an enquiry through their website before I rang this morning and I am still waiting for their response and it is now 6am and I am back in my home country

Awful

Once arriving at the airport in Fuerteventura there were no delays in my partner and I getting to desk no 6 to show the mts globe our booking She told us D2 and wrote it on a map for us We immediately went to parking bay the transfer to the hotel very clearly saw my partner and I walking towards his coach yet he still drove off After being at this stop for a while we realised that every other three coach drivers would stop and pick up anyone they saw and suspected of being one of their passengers Fortunately in the end another driver did take us but due to the size of this coach it took far longer to reach out hotel By the time we were able the check in it was around 8pm and the receptionist - who was lovely - remarked that we were the very last ones to arrive During our stay we passed through the reception area many times and observed no other very late shuttle arrivals it was just my partner and I We are both people of colour and we unfortunately suspect that this is why this happened to us on this occasion and we really don t want this to happen to anybody else We booked through LoveHoliday so please check the name of any shuttle transfers when booking

An absolute disgrace of a transfer

An absolute disgrace of a transfer company leaving people abandoned in a foreign country by not showing up at stated location for transfer to airport left us waiting over an hr didn t show up caused us so much stress and upset plus 130e almost missed our flight mts globe do not deserve 1 a complete sham I request to be paid the extra 150e it cost us to get to airport or else will be taking it to ombudsman

Do not use mts globe Picked us up from airport and dropped our family off with luggage and driver told us your hotel in this area family of 5 and we had to search for our hotel 20 mins to find it Travelled for 12 hrs then in the hot weather going through the streets with luggage disgraceful when other coaches park outside hotel 90 euro transfer absolute rip off

Porto Airport Transfer

I booked an transfer from Porto airport When I arrived at the airport the driver wasn t waiting for me as I had been advised I contacted the company and was informed that the driver had left and that I had to arrange alternative transport Despite many requests I have not been provided with a refund Shocking service Do not book with them
