I used to always be skeptical of people calling sites scams or complaining about being deactivated It is easy to think Oh that person messed up or did something to violate the terms That isn t the case here - they have vague terms where they can close your account for any reason and Goldnluck has banned numerous users for leaving negative Trustpilot reviews or complaining about their site service Boy was I wrong about Goldnluck This is a scam casino site and all of the negative reviews that you see are very likely to be accurate When you see one or two negative reviews you can take it with a grain a salt When you see multiple individuals saying they are withholding pay - run You do not want to do business with Goldnluck I ve submitted multiple redemption requests that have not been paid out in nearly two months These redemption requests have sat in-process and every single time I ve made an inquiry about the redemption I would hear I have your account in front of me don t worry I will look into it shortly Incredibly unprofessional This isn t incompetence their staff knew what they were doing - they never had any intention of paying out those redemptions and likely labeled internally do not process redemption Please do your due diligence everyone Pay attention to the number of 5 star reviews where it is the only review on the account There are some very suspicious reviews on this page At this point it is blatantly obvious that they don t intend to payout my pending redemptions I ve had in-process redemptions sit for weeks along with a pending redemption that has gotten no movement since the 20th after cancelling and resubmitting due to it not being paid out This site is legitimate until they gain your trust with deposits Once you deposit enough they will leave your redemption requests pending and then completely stop responding to emails I ve never had a social casino site stop replying to emails If more time was needed for research they could have replied and provided reassurance You know basic customer service Again no email correspondences to any of the emails I sent over the past two weeks No responses or communication about why my account was deactivated They aren t responding to Facebook posts They aren t replying to Trustpilot reviews since they know they re scamming players and doing a rug pull There is no transparency or integrity The site doesn t have a write-in option for sweeps it requires a purchase which is in violation of Sweepstake laws They don t list an actual physical address in their Terms and Conditions likely because they know they re operating a scam business and want to try to avoid legal action for as long as they can Look at their social media pages Their X or Twitter page was banned due to violating terms Look at the number of grammar errors in their Terms and Conditions as well as from their customer service staff including the Director of Success who attempts to respond to a few replies below to try to demonstrate legitimacy She s the same person who literally ghosted me and failed to keep her promises as well as failed to provide a resolution to my escalations Edit November 2nd - My account has been deactivated banned after posting this negative review Clear retaliation Goldnluck s action is also a violation of Trustpilot s policies to take action against a user due to a negative review Pam Director of Customer Success where are you You seemed to have missed an array of posts on Goldnluck s facebook from a player who won 3 700 and couldn t get his account verified in over 3 weeks after his win Or how about other loyal players who have made numerous deposits and helped to encourage other users to join your site Having a hard time explaining yourselves and your team s 2-3 week recent silence I ve been patient waiting weeks for a resolution It is clear what Goldnluck is - a shady social casino site utilizing predatory practices arbitrarily using and abusing vague clauses within their terms and conditions to deny players winnings that they should be entitled to This won t protect the brand of the site or social backlash that awaits your business for doing wrong by your customers Edit As of 11 20 Goldnluck is still withholding nearly 5 000 in pending in-process redemptions wrongfully Every inquiry I ve made regarding the redemptions and a resolution has since been ignored for weeks They are no longer even acknowledging my redemption requests or the outstanding SC redemptions in-progress or pending Do not use this site ya ll If you are ahead you will not see your winnings Don t risk it there are plenty of reliable casino sites out there
