Most pathetic customer service ever
Most pathetic customer service ever After soo many weeks of placing my order and not hearing word from them despite sending emails i decided to call them and they said its with the sourcing team they are trying to locate the item i asked them if that skirt i ordered is available instock the representative said yes and today I received an email saying we dont have that skirt and we will refund you So if i hadn t have called them i would have still be waiting i am never buying from them again never Extremely disappointed

I wish I had ve read the reviews on this site before ordering online I ordered two items on 17 November - over two weeks and four emails later I m still waiting for my items to arrive of a response from their obviously unstaffed customer service section Absolutely appalling service - will these items ever arrive I will never ever order online from Gorman again Do you even read these reviews

My experience has not been good
My experience has not been good I am a regular online shopper and Gorman has failed me on more than one occasion First time my parcel was mixed up with another customers We had to meet up to swap as no customer service support Second time a return has taken almost 2 weeks to process a refund and still waiting Shame

I ordered an item for an express shipping almost two weeks ago still hasn t dispatched yet so i emailed them about my parcel and the person in the email says i see your parcel hasn t dispatched yet Let me know if you want me to refund your item Horrible horrible horrible customer service There was no apology no explanation no nothing

Horrendous online service
If I could give half a star I would Waited 3 weeks only for them to refund 2 out of 7 items and then a further 10 days later I received 1 item Contacted again and was told more packages would arrive and eventually given tracking numbers that didn t work Then received another item today It has been over 5 weeks since ordering and I am over it Never again

Do not order online Express delivery promises a turnaround of 1-4 business days with a grace period of an extra 3 days in sale periods The customer service contact is via email and they do not respond I m 2 weeks down the track now and the item hasn t even been dispatched Save your time and money

Poor customer service
I bought a pair of jeans for my daughter but after only a few months the zipper broke When I took them back to the store they told me that they could send a replacement pair from their online shop for free but warned that there might be a delay in contacting me via email I thought it would be better to receive store credit instead so I went to the store to ask about it At the Macquarie store the manager said that without a receipt they couldn t do anything about the defective jeans even though it was clear they were faulty She also expressed confusion about why the staff had promised me a replacement I no longer have the receipt for an item purchased months ago and it s frustrating and disappointing to hear that they can t assist me now especially since they were so friendly when making the sale Despite having a membership they never asked for my information during the purchase which is why they claim there s no record of it They told me there s nothing they can do without the receipt It seems like I need to keep receipts for years just to get help with faulty items

They have delivered the completely wrong item and the receipt in the package is for someone completely different who is probably looking for their order too and the only redress is to email their customer service but they haven t responded to any messages and it s been over 5 business days Their auto-response says they re busy and they will respond within 72 hours This has not been my experience and I m so disappointed - there is no phone number the help chat is a bot and they don t seem to want to resolve

Absolutely appalling service
Absolutely appalling service Ordered and PAID FOR my item 2 5 weeks ago and it s still not dispatched I have chased multiple times only to be fobbed off with vague and unhelpful responses - or no response at all Meanwhile my inbox is overwhelmed with their marketing emails I will never ever buy anything online from Gorman again Like ever
