A great job - very satisfied customer

The start of the process was a little disjointed with various surveys being carried out by different trade groups and the communications could have and should have been better between us the Client and GSL as an organisation However when it came to executing the work although a little disjointed between trades the workmanship the professionalism and the courtesy of the lads on site was first class The plastering team were excellent 3 of the hardest working blokes I ve ever met always a dirty trade but these guys kept a very high standard and the workmanship and quality of the work is up there with the best The electricians were efficient and tidy solar team done and dusted in a day Westmorland Scaffolding were extremely careful over a difficult area A special point of note was the plumbing team led by Kieron and his two apprentices great to see the company investing in youngsters TJ and Reece were absolutely spot on Very helpful going above and beyond moving all our furniture and taking care with everything they did Overall a very positive experience and happy to recommend to others

We have had an amazing experience from start to finish The installation process was simple and the team who came out were wonderful and cleaned up after themselves The Aftercare Team was just lovely called me after the installation was complete to make sure everything was working correctly which it is Overall 10 10 thank you all

Installing solar heating

My dad had funding to fit solar heating had two amazing workman Dan and Liam who arrived on Tuesday morning to install it My dad is in his late 80 currently blind and hard of hearing They worked so hard working around all my dads belonging with minimum distribution to my dad they was both amazing there work is outstanding and would recommend these lads to anyone having heating installed They will finish today and just want to give them 5 stars brilliant All work completed to excellent standard no mess was left cleaned everything and took all the rubbish The electricians that also attended gave outstanding work unfortunately I didn t get their names All in all they were all fantastic And all deserve 5 stars and more Thankyou

Wiring install

The two electricians arrived on time today and got on with the job straight away Daniel and Josh were Very efficient and did a very good job installing a new fusebox and hardwired the new boiler in they tidied up and left no mess Great job done excellent service Regards Michael

Reliable and professional

At every stage of my new boiler installation cavity wall installation and loft insulation work I was informed of the time of arrival duration of the work and what to expect and at every stage the work was carried out on time professionally and with a minimum of mess The workmen were all skilled professional and just got on with the work which is what was wanted They were all real people courteous and considerate I was informed prior to the work by a friend who had similar work carried out by another company to prepare myself for a nightmare It was anything but a nightmare It was an excellent experience This company is highly recommended

Central heating installation

They came promptly at 8am Thursday morning and the two installers Jamie and Rico set about the job straight away They did a superb job and stayed late to get ahead of the installation They arrived early next day and completed the job by midday they cleared up and made things as tidy as possible before they left Highly recommended company

Excellent Grant Store

Deane and his team at Grant Store did a great job of retro fitting the Eco4 system to our home Deane kept us informed throughout and no question we had was too much trouble to answer All the trades were great respectful tidy in their work and very efficient We added extra solar panels and a battery which we paid for which Deane sourced and his team fitted for us I would highly recommend them

Great office staff and top engineers

Had GSL l Eco putting a new heating system in for 4 weeks And solar panels Ioft and wall insulation Room insulation plastering In all upstairs rooms All wood work done New shower heat source pump and tank all the engineers where excellent the work was great quality The office staff are excellent I would HIGHLY RECOMMENDED GSL

Had a team of 5 in my home and they were friendly and polite especially Liam and Andy who I saw 3 days running I left my home to let them get on with the work and came back to them leaving the place spotless until the following day Well mannered and so polite they are a credit to your company
