Straightforward installation

The boiler installation was very straightforward as a replacement for a 40 year-old Camray Plumbing and flue connections were very similar Although nominally similar output as the old boiler the Grant replacement seems to be delivering quite a bit more heat

Good producte have a grants boiler

we have a grants boiler which has given good service when our 2nd boiler ran out of life we decided to replace it with one which we had good service from and which is still going strong very happy with our new boiler

Luke from technical and Georgia from customer services couldn t have been more helpful The company that installed my heating system somehow neglected to register the boiler for its guarantee The boiler had an issue a year after it was installed and given that technically it was too late to register the guarantee a call out from the Grant engineer could have been at my expense but Luke and Georgia agreed to not only send the engineer free of charge but also to register the guarantee retrospectively as a gesture of goodwill which was greatly appreciated

Boiler arrived on time and working well

A date was agreed with the installer and the Boiler arrived on time Only had for a month so far but very happy with the functioning of the boiler The boiler looks very nice in my kitchen and the connectivity to my current heating system is working well

Still to early to fully rate

Still to early to fully rate experience but installation to date appears to be fine just one snag the boiler fires up when cold tap in mixer units is turned on

Great 3 day training course full of useful information

I can highly recommend Grant Uk as their knowledge of the industry is exceptional Gavin was a great trainer and he explained everything to a simplified manner that even dummies like me can understand Hopefully the installer support is just as good Will certainly be installing their ol boilers to customers properties
