To be honest I was sceptical about double glazing salesman coming to the house expected hard sell pushy Then Derek arrived Well was I wrong Derek was friendly knew his products and no hard sell which was quite a surprise for me yes I did tell him Quoted for exactly what I wanted transparent all through initial consultation Nothing was ever too much bother Just a text message away I had a query texted answered straight back then came to the house just to answer something I hadn t quite understood Excellent customer service

Happy with installation of my 6 windows Met all my needs to minimise redecoration All staff were friendly The joiners Kane and Billy started at 8am and finished fitting all windows by 6pm Everything cleaned and cleared away Excellent job done and at a reasonable cost

Well organised hard working team Cliff and Howard were fast efficient tidy considerate and friendly They were quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had in a positive reassuring manner The quality of the windows and doors is what we were hoping for and we are not disappointed All in all it was a positive experience

We had Derek come out to us to talk about getting new windows and doors he was very friendly and we never once felt pressured into buying He gave us loads of information and we ended up going ahead with buying new windows and doors Great service would definitely recommend

My experience with Green castle has been excellent Aaron the salesman was very professional and helpful Muir and Tony the fitters kept me informed throughout the fitting process nothing was a problem to them and they left everything neat and tidy - absolute stars Would recommend Greencastle one hundred percent

Friendly and efficient workers Colin and Adam did the job while I was able to sit and watch 8 windows fitted in 3 days One minor hitch with a locking mechanism which was fixed by another fitter in about half an hour Windows look great triple glazed too for greater heat retention and keeping the heating bills down Overall very satisfied

Quality windows and helpful non pushy sales

We had 6 Triple glazed windows installed in June and are delighted with them Derek Reilly ticked all the boxes as far as we were concerned and is not your usual double glazing salesman but was super helpful and constructive in his remarks We recommended him to our daughter and stipulated that she should also ask for Colin and Adam our fitters to install her windows Tommy the surveyor is also worthy of mention for his knowledge and attention to detail

Much Better After a break in Derek arranged promptly a visit competitive price rushed job through fitting team could not have been any more helpful cleaned up after themselves as if but here very much delighted and wound certainly use again

Our experience from start to finish has been excellent Andy and Keiran our fitters were brilliant working as a team keeping us informed all the way They encountered several issues but sorted them out to perfection The last two days they were working outside in freezing cold and snow but just carried on regardless They cleaned up every day leaving no mess at all We would have them back any day The windows and door look fabulous and already the house feels so much warmer Thank you everyone involved but especially Andy and Keiran
