Great customer service

Bought the extendable hose from QVC I caused myself a problem by unscrewing part of the tap end by mistake Contacted Grumpy Gardener and they could not have been more helpful excellent customer service in my experience I m delighted with the hose which is so lightweight compared to my previous one and has so many different settings on the nozzle Works a treat in my garden

I bought a grumpy gardner expanding

I bought a grumpy gardner expanding hose from QVC 4 years ago and it s still going good- put it away in the winter- must have got a good one- waiting for them to come back buy a spare one- James

A different view and review

I recently gave a very poor review concerning some fat balls I had ordered via QVC When they arrived they were in a pretty poor state Having contacted the company with photos I have had a very quick response an apology and am being sent some replacements Now that is good customer service

Excellent Customer Service

I had a hose set from Grumpy Gardner The spray gun went faulty after 11 months I contacted them via their website and a replacement was sent out very quickly Great communication and customer service many thanks
