It is such a fantastic product and has lovely customer service I recently purchased something and they mistakenly sent me the wrong order When I reached out to them they apologised quickly and agreed to send the right stuff quickly and without any issues I love their products and will buy them again BTW fabulous soap bars and the roll-on perfumes are excellent

I appreciate the kind service I have received There was an issue with my order as one of the items was missing The support team replied soon and reimbursed me accordingly I appreciate the help from Jay As for the products I really loved the gentle moisturizer It gets absorbed very quickly and leaves no trace on the skin

Lovely products and helpful team

I ordered the four seasons roll on fragrance set which is perfect - I love that each fragrance is inspired by the seasons and the packaging and scents are lovely However one of the bottles came unfilled by accident so I wrote to customer service and got a really helpful and lovely response They immediately arranged for a replacement bottle to be sent out and I m very much looking forward to completing the set I ve ordered multiple times from Gr um and I ve been happy with every product This is the only time anything has gone a little bit wrong and it was sorted instantly so I highly recommend

I am re-writing my review of gruum after they went above and beyond to resolve an issue I had with an order They were slow to reply to my email about a wrong order being sent however when they did get back to me Jay was very apologetic and promptly sorted out getting the correct items sent to me Every item I ve tried from gruum has been great I am particularly keen on the chill roller ball pulse point fragrance and I was really pleasantly surprised by the shampoo bar that actually works really well I recently subscribed to the discovery club which is fantastic and would highly recommend to anyone considering it I sometimes get a bit overwhelmed by products and want to try things out so I know what works best for me and the discovery club is great for that Thanks for sorting the issue out and for making really great products

Customer service

I had acee we had a few orders where the glass bottles have arrived broken and leaked all through the box Each time it s happened and I ve contacted customer support they have been amazing Even sending the whole order out again and delivered the next day even when I ve said just replace the broken item I can t rave about Gruum enough I love all their products except fir one of the perfumes but only having one item out of the full range that I dint like is pretty good going Thank you customer support for everything you have done for me

Gruum products are lovely but it was the customer service that I was so impressed with recently An order of mine had a bottle in which smashed - it was actually bought via an offer so I hadn t expect a replacement just wanted them to be aware of a potential packaging issue but one was instantly given without any issue and very quickly dealt with Thank you
