I started this program with gusto but I
I started this program with gusto but I kind of faded in and out after the first 25 days I recently felt like I was back on track and started back up regularly In between I was probably doing three to four workouts a week In the last 20 days of being very consistent with the program only taking Sundays off I ve seen and felt such a great improvement in my core strength and look I am a mother of six and have had clinical separation since baby 2 I wish I had been doing this between pregnancies but alas this program is really helping me get my core back

Helped me reduce lower ab pain during pregnancy Someone recommended Every Mother to me when I mentioned that I d started experiencing pain in the lower abdomen area at around 20 weeks during my first pregnancy I used the 7-day trial and then signed up after reading about other women s successes with the program post-partum I ve been really consistent with the exercises over the last 8 weeks I m 28 weeks pregnant now and the pain reduced significantly within 2 weeks of starting the exercises and has effectively disappeared I m also glad to be learning how to protect my core as my belly expands and I feel confident that I ll be able to rebuild my core post-partum with Every Mother I ve recommended it to many pregnant friends

Best program out there
App is awesome I love that it s just 10 mins a day The regimen is accessible and perfectly challenging I tried to do DR exercises before every mother but could never sustain it for a good length of time This app and workout system is truly genius for moms who are busy and have broken abs

Highly recommend
I purchased this app while 7 years postpartum mother of 2 I was in great shape except for a weak core and nothing I was doing was making it better I had a minor diastasis recti and doing the reclaim program made it so much better Then I became pregnant with my third baby I used the safe pregnancy workouts most of my pregnancy I m now 3 months postpartum diving back into reclaim to heal the minor diastasis again I have high hopes since I know it works and has before I ve done just 5 days and already feel so much better with more energy and can see my body toning up highly recommend

I like having a workout that I know is safe while pregnant
I like having a workout that I know is safe while pregnant and I look forward to continuing it on my postpartum healing journey There is not much out there to help pregnant women with correct exercises and movement during this time and I find EM super informative and helpful

The information given plus the exercises post partum have been invaluable as I recovered from childbirth I also like that the workouts are not long and I can actually get them done while kids are napping

I love this program
I love this program It is so easy to use motivating and has workouts for all fitness levels As someone who had diastasis recti and struggles with pelvic floor issues this is the perfect program for me So many of the things my physical therapist wants me to do are built into the workouts
