Efficient and friendly company The guy who came to clean my sofa was great - tried to reassure me not to feel too bad that I d called them out for spilling red wine on the same cushion 3 times this year - but to maybe switch to white wine I felt very embarrassed but he put me at ease and got the awful stain out from a full glass of red wine - yet again Thank you
