The bag got broken after the first week i used it I send it back and requested my money back i m still waiting for the money it was 5 months ago Bad quality and bad costumer service Never buy something from them

Lack of Accountability from Seller

I ordered a bag which I cancelled within hours of the order being placed I requested a refund from Gusti who answered my request immediately to process the refund I conducted the transaction via paypal and my card was charged 112 USD When I received the refund I noticed I was only refunded 102 USD which is a pretty considerable difference considering the price was 77 80 GBP When I contacted customer service they blamed my bank conversion rate as responsible for the difference despite all transactions for both the sale and refund having been conducted within paypal and paypal dictates the rates They told me to order directly off their website in the future If you are ordering from the US and intending to use Paypal be careful ordering from this website I personally didn t like their lack of accountability and will not be ordering from this company in the future

Don t bother you ll be waiting forever

Ordered a coin purse from these people it has taken nearly two months to arrive after phoning to find out where the item was they told me the post in Germany has about a three week turnaround nothing on the website about this if I had known I wouldn t have bothered surprised they ve still got a business

Delivery a big issue

Promised delivery within 7days and now 10 days past and stlll not here No number to call and after 3 messages to their email i still did not get a reply I can t comment on the design and quality as i have not even got it

Scam company with unethical buisness practices

I ordered a frame bag for my bike When they sent the product they never provided a tracking code and I had no way of knowing where it was After waiting 2 weeks they told me that the package had a bad address and was returned I would have to pay to have it resent I checked the address 3 times and it was completely correct I asked why it didn t work and they could not provide an answer Additionally the cost for sending the package again was 17 which is far more than the original shipping cost They told me I cant get a refund and if I want my product I have to pay the 17 I am not sure that they are legitimate at all They have very very questionable business practices at best I can not speak on the quality of their products as I never even received mine and I will have to start a dispute with my bank over the bogus charges

I ordered an item on the 6th of December for a Christmas present and it still has not arrived I contacted customer service for an update and was told that they company did not know where my item was I asked for a refund and was told that they will not refund my money I was then told I quote And maybe just maybe your order will still be delivered Terrible service and unacceptable customer service stay away Not worth it

Do NOT buy from this website everything from start to finish was a MESS after 8 days of waiting bag is still sitting in uk and i am waiting for my refund

Stone Age Quality

The quality is terrible absolutely useless My 9 yr old son would have done a better job at this I suppose this is what you get when trying to save a few quid I don t understand how people can rave about these products The quality of design manufacture and finish are what you would expect from a stone age tribe
